Gone from afternoon Saturday to Sunday evening/Monday afternoon, dependent on travel variables.

I'll be on family vacation Thursday through Saturday, although there is the possibility I'll have Internet connection Friday night. But don't count on it.

Be away most of Friday - Field Trip, and then Christmas shopping with my Youth Group for Care and Share. If anyone is expecting a post from me, it won't come til late tomorrow.

A former schoolmate of mine (graduated last year) passed away yesterday. I made it to the site a couple of times to post today, but I'm posting now to let all know I'll have sporadic access at best through Saturday.

I will be gone starting TODAY, the 9th, until the 20th - the big Northern Europe tour I'm taking! Er... sorry I reminded everyone so late; I just never remembered. I do have a co-mod set up for Rock 'Em Sock 'Em, so that should be up and running fairly smoothly. Sorry to abandon those on SmartyPants (although, I could still take the penalties and win!

) for these 12 days, but maybe I'll only miss a round or two -

Here's the deal: I'm still not on reliable access, but I've found a place I can actually log on to the site from. My participation will be sporadic, and late (CST) - please bear with me as I await the valiant ITS people to solve my problems.

OK, guys, I'm sorry it has to come to this, but I've got stuff to take care of.

I wish to be replaced in all games in which I am playing. Please remove me from all the playing queues, if I'm in any.

I will continue to mod my games,

but wish to be put in "limbo" status for the Normal games queue.

On my word, all of my games will be updated tomorrow - I've just been hit over the head so fast that I just can't handle the load of playing and modding. The middle two sentences will be in my signature.

But on a more serious note, I won't be around much the next few days - there will be spurts of activity, but not anything substantial. My great grandmother is being moved to another hospital, and I may have to travel to and from there a couple times.

I don't know why I thought this year would be any different.

School takes too much of my time, especially this year, and from my first week alone I really don't think I can responsibly post every one or two days, so I'm going to nip the problem in the bud. Sorry to all the moderators who have to replace me. I'm sending a list of my 3 setups to raj (Newbie 410, 431, and Open 39) so someone can pick them up if they are to continue.

I'll still be around on AIM... maybe... and my e-mail still works if you need to get in touch with me. If I ever come back here it'd have to be in a year and a half.
