My access may be screwy for the next few days/week. My computer is having Signal 11 issues, for those who understand what that means; ::edit:: parts should be arriving on the 6th, so there should be minimal disruption.

With family coming into town for the holidays, I'm gonna have minimal time to check in until Sunday evening, probably Monday... will still be watching for any surprising developments, but I don't expect the games I'm in to progress to night without me (they've been slow all week).

Work is cracking down on our internet usage, so I'll mostly be on in the mornings or evenings M-F, and sometimes on the weekends. Shouldn't affect my gameplay much, but you'll likely see less random comments out of me.

Okay, okay, stop cheering...

Computer experienced a power-surge last night that knocked the kernel into a panic. I'll be remedying/reinstalling this week when I have time, but I should be able to keep up with Werewolves and Newbie #113, and Good Omens is still in night.

Gone tonight until Monday evening late, at Dragon*Con. I expect I
might
have Internet access, what with it being a con and all, but I can't promise anything. neither of the games I'm modding right now look like they're going to reach majority anytime soon, and the one I'm playing in is currently in night.

It comes to my attention that I haven't actually posted here, so just to clarify:

Work is really, seriously, totally kicking my ass right now. We've got a huge conference coming at the end of the month that our office is in charge of, so sometimes I'm here until 7, 8, 10 at night. The last thing I want to do is use my logic brain when I get home, so I've been posting much less. I think I'm doing fine keeping up on my moderation, but... just an FYI. I'll get better in June, no doubt (especially when I take some time off!)

I'll be almost completely absent from the site until Saturday afternoon - our big conference I've been going crazy preparing for starts this afternoon. I *might* be able to get on once a day, late at night, to catch up the game I'm running, but that's about it.

Like I said, I can still play/mod but forgive me if I'm not up to par for a while. I know -- I'm an idiot for not backing up in the last 16 months. Always seemed like a bad time to
take
the time. Everyone go back up all your photos/work documents/letters/etc. right now. Seriously. Don't wait.
I think JEEP was the one who said "the time your computer will crash is when you will lose the maximum possible amount of data/convenience." I'm inclined to agree.

Och, that sucks MeMe. Let me know if I can help in any way.

Will be out of town camping from this evening (about four hours from now) until Sunday morning. Newbie Game Queue is moving slowly enough that it should be largely unaffected, and most of my games are unlikely to lynch in that time.

My campus does not allow me to access large-scale forums online. Nor does it allow me to play games. I have delayed posting because I was trying to appeal, but my appeal has not been approved. As such, I have to leave mafiascum because I will only be returning home during the holidays, and there is no way for me to play this way.

My sincere apologies to everyone affected by this, most especially mods Patrick, N9V, ShadowLurker, Fletcher, Mr Flay, VitaminR, everyone else who's modding a game I'm in, and everyone else in the newbie games I'm modding.

I'm also allowed to use only my school mail, because I'm under a restrictive firewall. I won't put it here, but I have sent my newbie game setups to greenliquid's email using my school mail, because that's the only email contact I have from mafia scum. Yell at me there.

As to whether I will return, my scholarship says I have to stay in hostel for at least 1 term, and this term ends in december. I will be going to Vietnam on exchange after that for another term, and I'll probably not have internet access. So I'll be back in 8 months time.

SpectrumVoid.

Will whoever reads this please post something in the mafiascum forums please, because I can't access it at all.

Somewhat limited access right now due to hard drive failure (?) on new build. Will be able to check in tomorrow from work during the day, and hopefully we'll get this fixed over the weekend.
Got it up and running (was indeed a bad hard drive).

None of my game data is lost, it's just not as easily accessible right now. :?

It's kinder to actively post in all your games, but this is easier if you're already strapped for time.
