On Saint, in my experience i've seen one faked PR that I recall and it was by scum, and the faked PR was similar to this one in that it was so crippling it gave him an excuse to basically do nothing for the entire game. I've seen real PRs, which vary from light and inconsequential to harsh but still workable in regard to actual game contribution. I'm doubting that the mods would put in a PR that effectively prevents the slot from participating, and I see a lot of scum motivation for faking and almost no town motivation, so i'm not willing to drop the Saint push on the basis he could just be town faking.
