I was just merely giving my opinion about what he said because I noticed it was causing a little bit of discussion. I'm not doing going overly out of my way trying to protect him if that's what you think.

By saying I am being too aggressive you make him feel even safer still. I accepted at face value that his reading error was just a reading error. I am now asking him questions for other reasons.

How is being aggressive in scum hunting scummy?

There's being agressive and being anal. You were being kinda anal before with the reading error.

But I can see why you're pressing him now after he kinda made a questionable post.

Besides, being really agressive can be you covering for the fact that you're scum yourself.

Well, no ______ sherlock. It happened overnight.

A few thoughts- firstly, being aggressive is not a scum tell, and never has been. Also, can't see how Guardian's posts have been 'defensive' at all.

I really don't like Wario thus far. Stating as fact that Rishi's '3/7 is not 50/50' was a reading error doesn't sit well.

Besides, being really agressive can be you covering for the fact that you're scum yourself.

Don't like this one bit. How exactly does it 'cover up' for that fact? Being aggressive draws attention to yourself. I don't exactly consider it a town tell (because most players are either aggressive or not depending on playstyle, regardless of alignment) but it does make for better games imho.

Well, passing yourself off as an aggressive townie could be used to eliminate suspicion that you're scum. It's like the argument that he acts too townie, therefore he is scum. It's a possibility, I'm not saying that he's scum for definite because of that.

Because he couldn't know for a fact what another player's motivation/ thought process is. This means that he is jumping to conclusions at best.

xerebz, I want you to explain why you find Rishi's "awkward" defensiveness scummy. Quote his posts, and explain.

Why unvote me? Why vote me in the first place? Did you find me scummy? If so, why?

I want you to help us get inside your head.

After a post like this I wonder why your vote is on Rishi and not xerebz.

Well, he was the scummiest, but I can't say I agree with lynching him before the replacement has time to make an argument. I only left my random vote on because I didn't think anyone would hammer.

I agree with Rishi about the posting during twilight. I really don't like how Alsleet and acfan both tried to act like it was a bad move to lynch xerebz just in case he turned up townie. It is interesting because both of them never really took a firm stance on anyone on day 1.

Also, I don't like how Rishi hammered xerebz so quickly. I don't believe his replacement could have justified xerebz's actions, but I still think you made a hasty decision.

It's just my tendency to leave my random vote on someone until I see something major that would make me change it. I hadn't really decided who I thought was the scum in this game but I found xerebz the scummiest. So, it was beneficial in a way that I had had my random vote on him from the beginning, however I did not anticipate such a speedy lynch and I'm a little suspicious of Rishi for hammering that quickly without hearing anything else from the victim.
