What is the average wait time to be placed in a game? I want to /in in such a manner that I won't be placed in a game until the 19th at earliest If that's just plain awkward, I'll just leave it for now.

I've completed one newbie game, one open game and one micro game.
On the basis of micro games being counted as half a game, am I still eligible to /in as a newbie?

Sorry I should have been more specific. I understood the point about /in as noob, what I meant was to ask if you were saying I was eligible as an IC, because I'm pretty sure I'm not eligible for that one!
