By the middle of the 21st Century, organ failure had become a worldwide epidemic... But GeneCo was there to satisfy the need for organ replacements. The problem is, if you miss a payment, GeneCo sends out the Repo Man... and if he finds you... your time is up.

A game based around the steampunk-esque cult hit, Repo! The Genetic Opera, Repo! Mafia is a 13p Mini Theme modded by InflatablePie and co/backup-mod jmj3000. Flavor knowledge is recommended, but not required.
