It looks like you're saying that he shouldn't be suspicious of you because you're good at getting people lynched. I'm not sure I like that.Adel wrote:Check my birthdate and my number of game posts before you start threatening me. It isn't going to win you any games. Talk to ABR about it, and next time remember to look before you leap. You may even want to look through my games and see how many bandwagons I've successfully started day 1 (hint: about 5 out of 7) and carried through to lynch. If I was scum I would not be making this post, no, I would be getting you lynched in the next ten pages. And everyone else: please spare me the WIFOM noise, I am just telling the boy what is what.-

I don't like this. How are either of those possibilities more likely than the votes just being lingering random votes?kravhen wrote:I also want to use this opportunity to shift some focus to those who still have their votes on Adel. For all we know they could be scum that placed their votes first disguised in randomvoteness and patiently waiting for lynch. Or they could be scumbuddies that think Adel's identity is compromised and dont dare defend her =P
BTW, pickem is active lurking, which is worse than regular lurking.
unvote, vote: pickemgenius-

His post was essentially an exaggerated "I've got my eye on you", so I don't see where the unfortunate consequences come in. You said something about your skill in getting townies lynched, but if you're scum you'd try to get him lynched regardless.Adel wrote:Sir Tornado got it right. I was trying to illustrate that making pointlessly negative & confrontational posts could have unfortunate consequences for him- & he should be more careful in who he tries to mindfuck. Also, I often bully people that I see trying to bully me or others.-

This was the only thing that stood out as scummy to me. For the most part, I can't see scum acting like he is.kravhen wrote:Now I'llUnvote: Adelbecause that seems to be what some of you are waiting for. Is there a specific reason you voted camisade, pickem?-

Keeping the spotlight on you isn't suspicious. If someone thinks you're scum, that's what they should do. It's Sir T's misrepresentations of you that are suspicious. What do you think of those?kravhen wrote:Also as Nabakov said, I'm starting to wonder about the people who try hard to keep "town's focus" on me. I can understand some of you interpreting my unvote as trying to escape the spotlight. If I was in your place I probably would've thought the same. But would a scum put himself in the spotlight in the first place? ( Ok I'm still relatively new, but is this last line what people call a WIFOM? ). Either way, I'm more interested in those who just try reallll hard to keep me in the spotlight.-

@CTD: While I can see why you'd think otherwise, my vote on camisade was, in fact, not serious.
@Adel: Why do think kravhen is scum? Your initial reason to vote for him was that he put a fourth vote on you, but you admitted to have thought that it was six votes to lynch and thus overreacted. More importantly, why the sudden decision to vote for me?-

He decided he didn't like joke votes, so I joke voted him.Patrick wrote:Why did you choose to make this joke vote exactly?
The reason I don't think he's scum is that, besides the occasional scum tell, he is acting pro-town. If it continues the way it is now, he would not only make more occasional scum tells, but would also continue to act pro-town.Adel wrote:Now when he continues to drop decent scum tells, people will be more more than likely to dismiss kravhen's posts as newbie noise and not mistake them genuine proof of scum. I think he is pretty close to lynch proof now.
Why pressure me rather than ABR? He needs to talk more, but doesn't have much pressure on him right now. Are you just voting for me because I already have votes on me?Adel wrote:It may be lazy of me, but I'm resorting to using my vote to pressure Blue Zebra into posting more. CTD parking his vote on BZ is a null tell for CTD and his replacement. I'm looking at the kindling and waiting for the fire to start.-

On ABR:
When I played with him once before, he was a lot more active than this, but he was scum in that game. I looked at his completed games, and it looks like he does tend to talk more when he's scum than when he's town. Though, I don't like what he did when Nabakov first told him to post content, where he just voted for me(which Nabakov had just done, mind you) and then went back to not talking. Overall, I don't know what to think of him.
@Haut Boy: That post of yours doesn't have much original analysis in it. You're just repeating what other people said. Are you sure you don't have more to add?-

There's the misrepresentations Nabakov pointed out too.Sir Tornado wrote:Adel wrote: While you do your read through, could you pay particular attention to Sir Tornado and the case against Sir Tornado? I think there may be something there, but I'm not sure what that something is yet.
The case against me? Sure, it goes something along the lines of I am attacking Kravhen but not voting for him.-

That doesn't keep them from being misrepresentations.Sir Tornado wrote:I have already said that my comments towards you were made with utmost sincerity...
I want to know what compelled you to say this. You only had three votes on you, you know.deadscilent wrote:Can we just kill me already? lol XD

I'd prefer that he be lynched rather than Haut Boy.
Erotomachia has been defending a few people, but doesn't seem particularly suspicious of anyone. Looks like buddying up and disinterest in scumhunting.
FoS: Erotomachia
@camisade: Who are your current suspicions, and who do you want lynched right now?-

It looked to me like Albert's main motive for getting Adel lynched was to stop Sir Tornado from being lynched. It didn't look like revenge was a factor. If Sir Tornado is scum, Albert is probably his scumbuddy. If Sir Tornado is town, it wouldn't make sense that scum-Albert would make an effort to get Adel lynched when he could've just let Sir Tornado get lynched.
I'm unsure about Sir Tornado right now. I don't think deadscilent or Patrick are scummy, but I'llFos: Erotomachiaagain.-

From what Sir Tornado said. Especially this:Erotomachia wrote:Mind explaining why?
Sir Tornado, do you think Albert getting Adel lynched was scummy? If so, why?Sir Tornado wrote:Post 502, he asks ABR to convince him to vote Adel instead. In 511, he switches vote to Adel for unbelievably feeble reasoning by ABR. It appears to me, that he wanted ABR to give reasons for Adel wagon, not to convince himself, but to just allow him a reason to vote Adel after having called me scummy first.-

That wouldn't work, since the information slipped isn't necessarily that someone is scum. This is all very unethical besides.Sir Tornado wrote:Ah, yes, this is, actually a good idea.
People who frequent scum chat and are playing this game:
Pickem
CTD
Sir T.
CTD was replaced by Haut Boy and then by Chronx, and is out of the game, but he still knows his role. It is likely he made a mistake and let his role slip out. Or, Pickem could.
So, I will just:Vote: Chronx-

Last night I followed NabNab. He paid Sir Tornado a little visit. 'Nuff said.
Before me, deadscilent followed Albert but didn't see him visit anyone.
Obviously, I willVote: NabNaband encourage everyone to do the same. I've never been a watcher before and I would've claimed yesterday if it could've saved my skin at the brink of a lynch on me, but thankfully I live for one more day just like I had hoped because I wanted to have a target of my own after deadscilent's N1 action. I targeted NabNab because I've always had mixed feelings about him and I was interested in what he could show me.
I'm pleased, very pleased.
Didn't anyone else find it kinda funny how kravhen counterclaimed his predecessor? No? Maybe it's just me then.deadscilent wrote:Im a norm Townie I dont really care if Im killed. Ill just be laughing when you finally do kill me and realize Im telling the truth.

@kravhen: I'd have voted for you no matter what Albert said. The reason I asked was to figure out if he was your scumbuddy. And yes, I was expecting him to deny it. That's why I made it look like I was willing to believe you were masons to try to coax him into outing himself. I certainly wouldn't be expecting it if I were scum, since I would have believed you were masons and that Albert would tell the truth.-

What does Albert-scum think is going to happen after kravhen-scum unclaims watcher?d3sisted wrote:He made that shit up. There was no deliberate planning of the mason claim. Post 103 where he unclaims and claims mason was all made up. The "You're being stupid, let go" is Albert-scum telling him to unclaim watcher.
They didn't conceive the plan together, Albert thought of it and told kravhen.d3sisted wrote:In fact, the more I think about it, the more impossible it seems that the two of you could've conceived of the entire watcher plan in the course of 1 night. So this must mean you have the ability to chat in daytime as masons, which completely defies the traditional mason role.
