I didn't pin you as 100% jester. I said we should assume that you are the jester, until we would know better. Theres nothing wrong with assuming anyone is the jester until there are more possibilities. How could I ever be 100% sure, especially that early in the game?

True, but on the other hand, jesters could think that the town would think they're scum if they act like jesters, so they just act like jesters. But what's SOP?

I'm not sure if gorckat is scum. But I don't understand why he votes for no lynch, and BM too. I have never seen a no-lynch on D1. I'm not 100% sure about gorckat, but I think it's worth a vote.

I really don't see Lawrence being the Jester, because drawing attention to yourself with the claim he did is a bad idea. But I also don't see what gain Lawrence has by claiming he's Jester/Scum if he were a townie (except for that he felt he was going to be lynched day 1, and now he could postpone it to day 2).

Of course, drawing attention to myself is a bad idea if I'm a Jester. So are you saying I'm scum? Scum also don't draw attention to themselves. So, what am I? You won't find out until I'm lynched, or someone else claims scum or jester.

To confuse the town, which is in favour of both Jester and Scum. Of course, being silent is also in favour of both Jester and Scum, but I want to see how this strategy goes. And if I would stay quiet, some would vote me for lurking, and some would not, and the whole discussion would be about whether lurker-voting is good or not, which I had in 3 different games and find so boring. So, between staying quiet and drawing attention, I chose the second option.

Oh, now someone voted a lurker. Is voting lurkers scummy or not? I expect we would all discuss this, if I didn't claim earlier. Maybe you will still do so, but now at least you won't forget my claim, so that not all discussion is about lurker-hunting.

. No lynch is always bad, it's basically giving the game in the hands of the mafia. They can decide everything, and especially the start of teh game is important, because there is not enough information.

. (I thought Sir T was my partner?) If we had lynched scum, the townies wouldn't be at a disadvantage now. There were enough people of who it was rather sure they're not jester, so if you lynched a probable scum that's not jester town would have more chance.

What a weird town this is. First a no lynch, then a quick-lynch. And all because of gorckat. I will tell you this: whether I turn up Jester or scum, you should stay being suspicious of gorckat. And I think Yogurt is the Jester if I'm not, and I think JDodge is scum if I'm not.

Yay, my plan worked, although we're still second: I tried to pretend that I was the Jester, while BM would act like a normal scum/ like a townie. Since he didn't pretend that I was the Jester, no one would guess that he was scum with me when I got lynched. Good job BM, but too bad Jester is 1st.
