Alright, This post will get me killed, but no worries.

Xyzzy is the only person to survive so far. His post was in italics, was a question, and had two commas. It st was a rhetorical question and started with the words "I wonder"

We know that italics is not the key. We know that questions are not the key. From Eteocles post, we know that two commas are not the secret. Other people have used rhetorical questions, but they have been used along with other sentences.

I suggest someone posts "I wonder what this will do?"

The lack of the fifth vowel is, looking back, correct, but it's clearly not the whole story. I reckon the sentences have to also be written with correct grammar and punctuation. But that theory is blown out the water by Blue Zebra surviving earlier in the thread (page 3). Also, people who have posted things without 'u's have died.

Note: I wonder what a post with no words, or all italicized words, will do? is confirmed as a surviving sentence (xyzzy survived with it twice). I'll try it sans italics.

Ok. Here is an SK sentence. The Serial Killer comes down a staircase with a large dagger in his hand dripping with blood. We know part of the rule is no 'u's, we're trying to find the rest of the rule. Let's first look at it word by word.

"the". No, the Sk has posted sentences without "the". Unless it simply needs an article? No, that doesn't work either. Moving on.

Serial... That doesn't seem to work either.

Killer. Maybe it's not just killer, maybe it just has to refer to death/destruction? Nope, because then xyzzy's original surviving sentence doesn't work.

comes. A verb in the present continuous case. Actually, that might work. Not necessarily the present continuous, but simply any present tense.

My theory is that each sentence needs to have a verb in the present tense however each sentence cannot contain the fifth vowel.
