Shroomish is no amateur when is comes to "town-slips" of which we have played games together in which this topic had been discussed/attempted and covered. I wouldn't put this past him to try and fake, nor do I feel like its a great "case" for why he is town this far into the game. The best part about the slip is that he doesn't lose anything by saying "I'm a miller cause I am a Daemon". He either gets town points, or he get village idiot points. Very little risk-high reward play.

He hasn't been playing the game. Has no trajectory for the Neil-vote. Admittedly stated he won't play the game. Just got destroyed in a game letting this fly. Not this time.

No he doesn't. He's forgetting the opposite.

A) Shroomish didn't claim in his first post, which is standard for Millers.
B) Scum fakeclaim miller to explain a negative flip. Given the amount of demons in the game, Shroomish would be familiar with that.

So there is validity to the possibility that HighShroomish was faking it provided the implied assumption that Shroomish knows Miller meta is to claim in your first post.
