Wouldn't it just be 'Scummer Idol' There are other versions of American Idol by country, like Canadian Idol. Scummer is our equivalent term.

It's not 'this person has been around for long enough, I nominate them for a title' it's 'Hey I thought of a clever title for X, I'll go nominate them for that'. (though the threshold of cleverness has generally risen with time).
