The answer is probably yes and no. There are plenty of people capable of making 200+ posts per game day by their lonesome. I fully support the OP. Normal games (and the mini normal queue in particular) are a safe haven for players who want to avoid all kinds of shenanigans and I think hydras should fall under that.
