Is vanilla at this point fully stable? If it's active again, I may give that a try - I never bothered switching from modded to vanilla before because it was dead as dicks when I left.

Are you still using most recent snapshots or are we now on most recent stable release?

Rob, ya could try and read the Op. We're on 1.6.1 (soon to be 1.6.2) and people weren't on for weeks until UT rejoined us. (Hooray!)

Anyway, I think we should all try and work on some kind of connection (SKYWAY) between Spawn-area-town-thing and UT's area.

OP doesn't tell me if you plan to update to screenshots as new ones come out, since last I checked, 1.6.1 was the latest released version, period (although I don't follow it closely, so I could be wrong).

It also doesn't tell me the difficulty of the server.

Uh...there aren't any "snapshots" coming out now. Snapshots come out in the lead-up to a full release, and we've only just had 1.6.1/1.6.2. You want 1.7 already? XD

Yes we will be updating to a new(er)/(est) version as they come out, as long as I know nothing will break beforehand, but the Op both implied that (I thought?) and showed what we were on 1.6.1. It is NOT the most recently released version however: 1.6.2 was out about a month ago, I've just needed an excuse to update us. :3 I'll most likely be doing that right now.

Also, uuuuuh...lemme double-check the difficulty.

Edit: Well whaddaya know. It's on "Easy". Not what I would've picked, but hey! People are probably used to it by now and dav's got enough deaths under his belt I don't feel too bad about it being a nonexistent challenge to stay alive.

I'll probably start work on a subway system relatively soonish, and it's already going to be going to UT's place. Adding an extra stop or two won't be a problem.

well, to be completely fair, I usually will suicide instead of eating if I'm doing a building project. why waste food if you're not adventuring, you know?
