No, if you think someone is scum you keep on saying it all game. Unless someone provides a good argument as to why that person isn't scum you should still call him scum. I was in a recent game where I called someone scum basically all game, it wasn't until lylo that that person was lynched and flipped scum. If I had listened to all the other townreads ppl had on that player we would have lost the game.

I'm not so egotistic to assume that I am right on all my scum reads, I did start responding to him as if he was town, than I decided otherwise (which I believe was noted in my post and therefor voted him.)

As self-serving as it is to say this I agree. Though I don't necessarily think that means Generic is scum, after all, scum could have just taken the opportunity to run me up over him if he is town.

It's really more my playstyle than how I play as a specific alignment, so it shouldn't be used to clear me or to incriminate me, as it's entirely alignment-null. The only thing that should matter is whether or not you think I'm faking the reads.

1: A and B cannot both be town.
2. A is scum and B could be either alignment.

Option two makes the most sense, yet om opted for option 1, which does not make sense if his reads truly are what he says they are.

Here is what I think.

You said that two players cannot both be scum. Then, if you get the chance to mislynch one of them, you can then just logically push for a mislynch of the other. However, you got called out on that statement and you didn't have a good way to defend it so you just bs'd into saying NTP must be scum for sure so that is how my statement works. While that may be technically true, it doesn't fit the normal use of that phrase (one of them must be scum, or both can't be town) and has an obvious scum use.

I'm content with lynching om.

I then questioned him about it.
While I was waiting for an answer om decided to act scummy so I voted him.

Claims should only happen when someone is at L-1 and someone else has definitively declared an intent to hammer.

Your worries about there not being a lynch are unsubstatiated. There is two days left which actually is a significant amount of time. I had a recent game I can point to where we got someone from L-5 to being lynched in 12 hours (without a guilty) granted, it ended up being a mislynch but the point is we will be able to get a lynch in.

I believe NTP's claim. The claim fits with his hesitancy to claim in the first place and it doesn't seem like a likely fakeclaim. I absolutely do NOT want him lynched.

But this brings up a dilemma.

If NTP is town, he will never die. He will be around through every lylo.

We have to decide right now what we are going to do. EIther he lives now, and lives the rest of the game, or he dies now. Let's not half ass this and consider him a lynch possibility every day.
