When you stopped it, it was probably updating the site index stuff and was just being slow. It was probably slow because we're being throttled to whatever our CPU quota is.

Yeah, that was likely my fault. I took a database backup and while that was happening, I copied the forum files.

I've seen many different CPU quota issues today. Nothing stands out as a possible cause. I'm running optimization on the tables in the hopes that it will help a little...
