In endgame situation, it's been statistically proven that SV-town loses 100%. However, SV-mafia has a 100% survival and win rate. Weird...

Interesting. I'll can the usual 'why we don't do no-lynch' speech I give to newbies (sorry, a bit too many newbie games at the present...)

I've never ever seen scum suggest no lynch, especially a non-newbie scum. Also, it's pretty obvious that no one here will support it, since this is an invitational. Like Patrick, I think the people using this as a reason to attack are scum.

Mgm wrote:Thesp, you've pretty much worded my feelings better than I could myself, but just in case someone wants to hear it.

AndrewS and Glork made a bad suggestion. Whether they meant it is irrelevant. Suggesting it is scummy, following through on it by making the vote is scummier.
*nods*

Then again,

Apologies, I've been sick.

- This formed some of my reasoning behind my earlier post (3 posts ago I think). Then I was given a link that disproves that.

- It's no longer irrelevant because almost everyone is talking about it, hence taking sides.

I need to admit that with so many people around, I'm getting a little confused.

I'm not taking specific post notes now at page 9, but the person who's bothering me most right now is IH, with that clear reach. I've read through again, and I'm still swinging here and there over Andrews VS Mgm issue.

I'll never ever trust Patrick again. I was reading through some of his older games, and I was completely fooled as well.

You too Zindybuns.

Glork is... well, being Glork.

Hope you get better soon IH.

Let's kill them in alphabetical order... hammer!

I don't see anything wrong with my wagon at the moment, I've started plenty of them day 1 for discussion purposes.

AS: let me paraphrase that post for you.

- I think Glork could or could not be scummy, but I have no idea why.
- I think SV is scummy, but again I have no idea why.
- I think IH is scummy too, but less, and again I have no idea why.
- So let's all discuss and hopefully other people will give me reasons so I can lynch them.

MBL: I don't think I'm the only who has not said anything noteworthy.

That post is way too tempting to pass up:
Another Andrew paraphrase: I've been holding my vote because I want a chance to bus my scumbuddy and look innocent tomorrow.

Nightfall: This is exactly what I was talking in our other game. It doesn't matter how often you post, it's WHAT you post that is important.

I'm not actually thinking that Patrick limiting discussion is scummy. With a deadline in place 3 days away, I don't see anything wrong with trying to limit to a couple of people, to at least get a lynch. I can reference a couple of games that went to no lynch at deadline simply because town couldn't agree.

On second thought: I should make it clear that my andrews paraphrase was half a joke. Because a: there's no evidence of scum buddies as of now (joke) b: I think AS could be scummy (not a joke.)

I claimed because I'd rather we discuss someone and lynch scum before deadline.

I have till Tuesday to decide. I'll probably vig IH at this point though. If AndrewS turns out town, I'll vig his biggest pusher.

For clarity's sake: I'll vig IH if AndrewS is scum. If AndrewS is town, I'll vig his biggest pusher, as yet undetermined. If by some fluke we kill IH instead, my backup target is AndrewS. Duh.
