kmd, i feel your struggle to keep up day 1 was genuine, although annoying, but, given you joined in 2008, you are probably experienced. and if age doesnt matter, unless he fully did not play for most of that time, 5 years is enough time to gain some experience. so i havent put it past you to fake your struggles to keep up, and barely do anything. because besides commenting on pages long gone, you did nothing on day 1, at least nothing that had anything to do with what we were talking about,

when

we were talking about it, it took you 20+ pages to comment on everything 20 pages ago. thus, you merely sat around all day, and got a free pass to live another day.

i may have acted like i have agreed with kmd for a bit now, or at least not disagreed with him, but ive been watching him, notice how i havent voted, nor hammered mit, his biggest scumread.

and i dont have any intentions of hammering him, although outwardly, my read on him was null-town, he hasnt done anything to make me want to vote him, certainly not hammer. so, thats at least a null read, if not a town read.

Mcqueen look at other fast paced games I've been in. I have trouble keeping up regardless of alignment. I work two jobs and play from my phone 95% of the time. These are facts. I wouldn't lie about RL like that and I've probably said the same in past games as both alignments.

I know you used a lot of words but your case is essentially saying that I lie about having a busy RL which is ridiculous and can be proven wrong.

Not sure how it's faulty. If I had the free time, i'd link to every single game where I've seen a day 1 mislynch in the last five years and only one of those games will have all town on the day 1 wagon.

@Jalyn: You did make your argument clear. I do not agree with it and I explained why. I believe you are hiding behind CF's tunneling, to get me mislynched, which is why you are happy to stick with a flawed argument. I can elaborate, though.

Firstly, your predecessor did virtually nothing except take a jab at tiger and slimer, when it seemed fairly safe to do so and fluff a bit. Nothing big, but nothing too great, either.
Then, you came in and did a bit of catching up, giving some reads and so on, everything was fine. However, I note that you had a scumread on mcqueen and a townread on me. Day 2 happened, day 3 started, you came in voting me, without a single thought in mcqueen's direction, even though his hammer was at least as bad as my L-1 vote (though I maintain it was strictly worse). Remember that your vote came 9 posts before CF's claim. This makes it seem like your mcqueen scumread was merely for show and not a sincere one.

I know for a fact that his first five votes for players up to me are town. While ya'll don't have the benefit of seeing me as town, you can either drop me from the pattern, or take my word for it.

Where in any of his posts does it look like he has done anything to get a better read on Siv? He just noted a few things he observed and stuck to it. No questions, no additional observations of posts, nothing.

This vote is slightly different than the Wisdom, and Siv votes in that he is noting additional scummy things, but it is still with a biased eye. He clearly has already made his decision.

ISO #21 - Affirmed the Chkflip vote.

These are just a few examples. His vote on me has a lot more interaction, mostly because I have a vote on him and have been directly engaging him. I am not feeling like he is trying to determine my alignment. But, I feel like the biggest piece of evidence that shows he isn't really scum-hunting, but rather setting up his mis-lynches is the fact that not one of his reads has changed. If someone is truely scum-hunting, they will get reads wrong, they will change and evolve over time. I have not seen much evolution in his reads, especially not due to self-analysis.

ISO #6 - Slimer is town. This read has not changed.
ISO #6 - Siv is scum. This read never changed.
ISO #15 - Fuzzy/McQueen is town. This read didn't budge despite the scummy things McQueen had done.
ISO #15 - DO/Chkflip is scum. This read never changed.
ISO #29 - Hawk is scum. Hasn't changed.

If any of you take the time to read the posts that KMD has made on me in his ISO, it is also painfully obvious that I was scum from his first analysis of my posts and I haven't budged at all. Any points he made against me were made in such a way as to paint me as scum.

KMD said it best himself.

The way I see it, I'm still reading, throwing out opinions, and all that.

He reads, then throws out opinions. There are more interesting aspects to his ISO, but this wall is quite long-enough.

tl;dr -

He has a track-record of voting off townies.

Prohawk, thanks for outlining my playstyle. I don't typically ask questions to someone who I'm voting. If I'm voting them, I think they are scum. You don't just ask "are you scum?" And get "damn, you're good. Go ahead and lynch me". If you've found scum, you need to convince the rest of the town you are right. There is no reason to talk to the person you are voting (except to respond to their defense). Your case is for the town, not the scum.

Yes it's possible, but I don't think with the content you had been giving about people on both mislynches, I don't think scum would actually have done that unless they're not reading the thread.

and you're not sure if you do, when you're on the wagon and wanting someone to hammer, yeah I don't trust that at all.
