So, I've finally grabbed a foothold in one of my games. I've swapped over to Black, and I just beat Cress in the first gym.

My Team

kdowns - Tepig (Level 14)
Chevre - Lillipup (Level 2)
Amrun - Purrloin (Level 5)
shaft.ed - Pansage (Level 10)

OK, so I went with Chimchar. Named him Faraday. Beat Xalxe in the trainer battle. Caught a Starly (lvl. 2, named it Klazam) on Route 201. On Route 202, I met a Bidoof, but Faraday crit killed it. Oh well, I generally use Route 202 for getting Shinx anyways. Almost killed Klazam already. At this point, I was leveling up my Chimchar for the Gym Battle. Found a Geodude on 207. Caught it (Lvl. 5, named it Sudo). This is when I found out the Starly I caught is in fact, female (lol never checked, hope you don't mind, Klazam! xD). Faraday then evolved. I'll do the Trainer Battle Later.

Caught the most annoying Onix ever in the mine. Spent so many Pokeballs on it, because if I attacked it again, it would have died (due to Burn). Immediately went back to heal & get more Pokeballs, lol. Reck, you're now an Onix. Roark is easy. So are the next two gyms as well, because fire/fighting type lol. After that I went back to 202, and leveled up Sudo (I honestly never grind, but I think I should in Nuzlocke). May I just mention how much I like my Pokemon to have high speed? Like, all these slow Pokemon aff.

Not Nuzlocke related, but I'm playing through my Black Nuzlocke that I started and never quite finished, so now it's not a Nuzlocke. I have:

Kdowns the level 29 Pignite (In Party)
quadz08 the level 19 Wooper (In Party)
mallowgeno the level 15 Venipede
Zazie the level 14 Cottonee
Xalxe the level 14 Audino
Klick the level 14 Sewaddle
Crazy the level 14 Timburr
kloud1516 the level 14 Tympole (In Party)
shaft.ed the level 14 Simisage (In Party)
xofelf the level 11 Pidove (In Party)
Chevre the level 9 Lillipup
Amrun the level 5 Purrloin (In Party)

If anyone has a Pokemon they want to be in Black, or a type they want to be, just say so and I'll do that at fist chance (not re-naming anything, or capturing any of those again).

As for my progress I've beaten Burgh. My team:

Pignite (lvl 28)
Unfezant (lvl 21)
Roggenrola (lvl 20)
Tympole (lvl 15)
Darumaka (lvl 15)
Sewaddle (lvl 14)

Darumaka is getting swapped out at first instant. Everything else gets leveled up to 25 (30 in Pignite's case).

Deaths:

1) Purrloin, Route 1
2) Pansage, Pinwheel Forest Entrance
3) Herdier, Route 4 (FREAKING RAZOR SHELL)

I'm on Skyla now, but I have freaking nothing.

Dead:

Herdier
Litwick
Leavanny (I loved Leavanny :/)

I also have nothing strong vs.flying attacks, so I pulled Ferroseed (that I got from Chargestone Cave) out at the last moment and am trying to either train it or find a Hidden Power, because Cinccino has HP Rock.

Unrelated, I'd like to move more than 5 steps at a time in Chargestone Cave.

EDIT: Found Charge Beam. This will help.

I told you last night I'd start as soon as I got it.

Also, Herdier STAB + Silk Scarf + Return = amazing

Magneton (and Magnemite), Ditto, Muk (and Grimer), Dugtrio (and Diglett), I'd even say Starmie (its literally 2 Staryu thrown together and recolored).

I'm sure there's more, but please. Stop being horrendously nostalgic - its good for nothing.

I'm now going to Nuzlocke Y. Base rules:

1) General Nuzlocke rules apply.
2) Exp. must be turned of at all times
3) No Super Training. At all.
4) I can only use Pokemon Amie for Eevee - if I intend to evolve in into Sylveon. Sylveon is free game on Amie, since I had to use it to get Sylveon.
5) No Mega Lucario. Its' broken in-game.
6) No running from horde battles.

Aside from that, I'm free to do whatever I want. Let's see how this turns out.

EDIT: Considering 7) No using O-Powers on myself.

It depends on how you play. If you keep one team the entire game, everything stays overlevelled. If you swap your team around a lot, it works really well.

Ugh horde battles are surprisingly difficult when you know you can't run.

Game beat. Lost 3 Pokemon (Bunnelby, Furret, Krokorok).

Anyone up for Black/White or BW2 competition? I've wanted to do that again for a while.
