Every night you may send your secret agents to investigate another member of the committee, to learn whether or not this person is in league with the Soviets (i.e., if they are a Communist|Werewolf).
Be careful with your results, as no one on the committee can stop the Communists from abducting you if they discover your identity!
You win when there are no more Communists or Islamists on the governing committee.

). You have no abilities other than a vote to cast in the day.

X, Y, and Z are the

(i.e.
Mafia
), seeking to turn the Republic into an Islamist state. You three can talk at night, but have no special abilities or even a kill. Once all Communists are eliminated, you may talk at all times.
Your mission will be accomplished once (at any point) Islamists make up half of the remaining committee members, no matter who makes up the other half.
Additionally, if a day phase begins with just one Republican (i.e. pro-town) player and equal numbers of Communists and Islamists, the Jungle Republic will descend into civil war, which will count as an Islamist victory also.

X and Y are the
Communists
(i.e.
Werewolves
), who have infiltrated the governing committee with Soviet assistance. You seek to turn the Jungle Republic into a Soviet-aligned communist state. You two may talk to each other at night.
You may also, at night, have one other player abducted, never to return. You may want to try in particular to abduct the President|Seer, since he has the ability to determine whether players have ties to the Soviet Union.
You will secure communist control of the Republic once Communists make up a majority of remaining players, or else make up half of remaining players while at least one Republican (i.e. pro-town player) is still alive.
SPECIAL RULES:
The game starts in day.
All dead roles will be revealed immediately.
In general scum are trying to achieve a situation where they make up a full majority of remaining players, OR make up half of the players when at least one pro-town is still alive. Examples:
2 scumA, 1 scumB, 1 pro-town <-- scumA win
1 scumA, 1 pro-town <-- scumA win
3 scumA, 2 scumB, 0 pro-town <-- can't occur but it would be scumA win
This game can't end in a draw. If at any time there are no town players left, but equal numbers of each scum group, the Islamists|Mafia will win.
Islamists|Mafia will also immediately win if a day begins with 1 pro-town player, and equal numbers of each scum group.
In these two situations, the African Jungle Republic descends into CIVIL WAR which will be won by the Islamist elements in society.
There are no jungle deforesters in this game.
If you have any questions about the mechanics of this game, or any role, or the PMed messages I may or may not send, feel free to ask me by PM or in-thread. There are no secrets. (I will try to not insert commentary on the rules without being asked, because that can appear to be an attempt to confirm or discredit someone.)
STANDARD RULES:
I'm going to use pretty standard rules, but I'll add things to this section as they occur to me.
0. I'm running the show... You can point things out if I make mistakes, but you must live with my decisions.

. Please post at least every few days. If you're going to be gone about that long or longer, please say so by PM or in thread.
2. If I try to contact you, and can't get a response in 48 hours for no reason known to me, I'll likely try to replace you.
3. I don't promise 100% to give warning before replacing a player.
4. If you have the ability to submit a night choice, and do not wish to use it, please PM me to say that you don't wish to use it. It'll make things go faster. If you don't PM me at all, I may make a choice for you, and I may consider replacing you.
5. You do not have to unvote. Votes and unvotes have to be bolded.
6. Don't discuss this game outside the thread. Scum factions can only talk with each other at night, unless I make exceptions.

. Once it is certain that you are dead (i.e., lynching vote has been cast) and forever after, you must not say anything relevant other than a "bah go town/scum" post.
If you are nightkilled, you must not make any attempt to claim/suggest/joke about any role info you have.
8. Don't quote PMs from me... Though in this game it probably wouldn't be helpful.
9. I will prod players if asked, or once a week if it looks necessary.
10. Rules regarding deadlines and modkills will be determined on the fly.

Deadlines generally:
I give deadlines often but they are almost always tentative. I will listen to requests for more time. I may add or remove time until the deadline if I feel like it, depending on game activity.
The deadline rule is that a full majority must be attained prior to the deadline, or else there is no lynch at all. But once all Communists are dead (so that there are no more meaningful night phases), the deadline rule will be that whoever has the most votes (ties broken against the player who earliest achieved this number of votes from below) is lynched.
