Kcda, if you keep bumping it, it's obviously not very good.

Nominate Nicholas1024 for 'Backstabbing Batman'

Reason: Nicholas is very prone to backstabbing in Survivor games (being either backstabbed or almost backstabbed in the two games he's been able to finish since joining this time last year). He's also very good at the game, especially for being new to Survivor (he's telling me he hasn't watched the show or played a game on any other forum), and made the Jury in both games (which is quite a feat for a new player). In one game, (the second one, which was an All Stars, where Nich was without a doubt the newest member) no one even new who he was until halfway through, because the first was anonymous. That said, in Survivor: Two Worlds (which was abandoned), he got to play as Batman. So, I came up with this silly little quote that I think describes his play pretty well.

He's the hero Mish Mash deserves, just not the one they
need
want right now.

More coming tomorrow maybe.

No chance to watch the video yet, but it's funny because Nicholas is pretty friendly. I approve.

It's practically a running joke at this point? I don't remember any running jokes coming out of MS Survivor games. I'd also argue that backstabbing isn't necessary (until you hit like Final 10), but that's for a different time.

No, it's for being backstabbed/almost backstabbed in all of the games he's played in so far, for being so damn good.

This doesn't make sense ani.

There are several titles on this site that were never implemented because there were some really good ones, but people could not stop making new (worse) titles and arguing over the good ones.

How does that make less time = better titles valid?

That's not what I was saying either. A good title will come independent of time. Time never has, and never will, be a factor in good titles.

Pretty certain I was suggesting that less time == bad titles.

Also wrong. Good titles will come up when they come up, regardless of how much time was spent on an individual title.

On a semi-related note, because Flameaxe said to re nominate Om for a spam finder related title in two months if he's still finding spam (and it's been more than that):

Nominate Om of the Nom for 'Spam? Not For Me.'

EDIT: Althought 'Spam? No Thank you' or something like that may work better.

There is no community accessibility or buy in for titles which are based on things which don't involve Mafiascum. It would be like me just giving titles to the people I know in scumchat based off our own inside jokes.

I would actually have no issue with that.

I love how everyone goes on about Pie's title and not getitng it to og, then going to a TBM title which he
explicitly stated
he would not accept under any circumstance.

Nominate Cybele for
Man of Many Masks
, because he's consistently finding new gimmicks or personalities to play with in anonymous games.

or maybe
Masquerade Man
, idk.

'cept he didn't really give him admin. Just put him in a usergroups named "administrators" which actually did nothing but change his name.

Well, um, duh? I should have used quotes. Still, whether UN actually got admin or not isn't part of the joke? The joke is that chamber "gave" him admin.

DRK: I'm not arguing that titling is a reward. However, I'm confident that we'll eventually find a title for Tazaro that isn't about his quite frankly ridiculous attention whoring.

You could if you thought my Britishness was worthy of a title. Your point?
Since I apparently missed this, you're not the only British Scummer on the site. You just happen to be one of the first I think of when I think 'British Scummers', because you post the most often.

I don't see anyone giving you a title for that.
In post 1547, DeathRowKitty wrote:@Ani
Are you against the title on the grounds that this particular feature of Tazaro is negative or on the grounds that this title isn't fitting/funny/memorable/etc?
Neither - that title is applicable in so many ways to so many different people that I don't think it's worth it. Many people post in FWAN, he's just the first person most think about, because of the amount of pictures that makes people want to title him.

See the above analogy as to why I'm against this.

Please explain to me the difference. If I came up with a good joke for an izak title based off of the fact that he was British, it would encapsulate the most important parts of the title that I see argued:

1) It has a joke in it
2) I think of izak when I think of 'British Scummers'
3) He posts enough to be recognized

I don't actually think I saw many flowcharts by Majiffy - given, it was likely mafia games, so that would be why.

That said, if I HAD to pick one - I'd go with Duckface. I'm still not a fan of the idea behind them.

I can only think of 2 hydra for Faraday. Mara has 5 at least that I've seen at one point or another.

2nd I will Survive

Alternatively, we can go for the Destiny's Child reference.

Not on my screen.

kdowns, I'll bite. Who has more wins in S+BB?
I'm not kdowns, but my best guess would be kloud1516. See, kloud and Berry already have awesome titles.

The title is "I will survive", not "I will survive and also occasionally win Big Brother", though.
On top of that, Big Brothers are extremely rare. I ran one last year (late June -> Mid October), and the last one that finished before that was in like 2009-ish. Also, given that Snakes has won 3 games so close together AND he's much newer, I think it's a point to consider.

I haven't seen a good title come out of this yet, and trying to force a title onto someone "because they asked for it" never works out.
