Unvote, Vote: Jason

Jason voted for what he believed was ignorance or what could've been considered sarcasm/RVSmadness. The main problem isn't that he ignored flavour. No offense, and seriously no offense mod since I love Metal Gear Solid and Harry Potter and combining the two is pretty cool, but most people skim the flavor and/or don't read it. It's just like Townie Role PMs(though that goes both ways--I digress)

Yes, but like I said, the point I'm making is not about Jason's ignorance but more about his quick decisiveness. I find that leans more toward scum than town, no?

If you think this why are you voting Jason?

Though I guess its possible for him to be scum and fake a town tell/go for an easy lynch.
He's voting Zabriel.

In post 39, Nero Cain wrote:nope never heard that one. I guess it makes Zabriel confirmed scum right?
Nope.

Jason wrote:Bloody hell. I hate that.
Hmph.

Benmage wrote:So while we gain a plus with not losing prs unnecessarily... we lose an opportunity to nk scum.
This is a large theme game. You should be surprised if there isn't anymore decently powered town roles.

Benmage wrote:Anywhose, glad to see noone was like zomg Snake must be town, as that is baloney.
Do you want to roleclaim?

In post 81, Yates wrote:That isn't a role fish and you know it. I never asked him for his role OR his character name. It's a simple exercise. If you are going to speculate that roles
may not
match flavor, wouldn't you check yourself before posting?
Yeah, it is.

Jason wrote:you ask for thoughts on something stupid, yet fail to give your thoughts on anything serious.
I am NOT moving my vote here.

Yates wrote:Ok. This is a mostly fair point though I think my point above remains true. If you are a VT and your name is Voldemort, then what Jason was speculating would make sense. Conversely, if you are VT Uncle Vernon Dursley it makes no sense to make this speculation. That's all I meant by flavor matching the role. Anyway, I didn't want him to tell me any of that I just wanted to know why he didn't do this.
This is why I think Yates is town.

Cybertronix wrote:Sorry I meant the alignment based on the name, ie Solid Snake must be Town because he's a "good guy" in the videogame.
This isn't necessarily true. The Arkham City game we had a while ago that had Batman, Selina, and Robin as the scum. I think someone else was 3rd Party but the main pint is that the "good" guys were scum. There are more than enough villains in Harry Potter and Metal Gear.

I'll examine 173 later.

Let's continue.
ThaAdmiral wrote:Do you have any reason to assume the person who targets you wouldn't die immediately? I'm just interested in why you would mention it.
Well this is a tad bit suspicious.

In post 180, jasonT1981 wrote:I never once made any suggestion about my character, nor did I suggest my flavor did or didn't match. you have completely misinterpreted me on what I said. The twice quoted comment from you was in reference to past games I had played in and were using them as an example to back up my point.
Yates messing up other people's opinions is a bit of a theme of his play.

Acosmith wrote:I am a FOXDIE carrier.
Can you confirm/deny that FOXDIE can be a target of any person or is it safe to assume that if you have FOXDIE in the games, you'll have them here?

In post 190, Benmage wrote:What else would have been worth wild for early game discussion Nero?? The color of the sky? Awesome. Thanks for illustrating how little a clue about mafia you really have.
Pipe it down kitties.

Jason wrote:but given little reasoning for it too.

Zab wrote:Right now I'm feeling town on Nero. He seems genuine enough.
Is this because he has a decent argument against you and you have just about nothing against him?

I like the Zab wagon now.

Cybertronix wrote:Good deflection though.
Not sure if trying to get the last laugh as town or scum.

What do you think, KublaiKhan?

In post 273, ThAdmiral wrote:Update: I officially declare the zabriel wagon full of fail
A good start but a bad follow-up doesn't necessarily guarantee a bad ending.

ThaAdmiral wrote:Furthermore he sometimes doesn't respond to direct questions, for whatever reason, which gives people easy ammunition to throw at him (ie "why didn't you answer my question in xxxx?").
Are you a supporter of Mitt Romney?

Unvote, Request: Vote Count

I know you might've just reset it last page but I have stuff to do and don't want to count. I'll be fine with a Zabriel or a Jason lynch.

I'm assuming the first is the lynch that'll probably happen today.

Also, in addition toward that last ThaAdmrial, you can stall as town and say something to the fact of that you'll answer the questions later. So if Zabriel needs more time to focus his thoughts coherently and be able to explain/apologize for his actions, he should say so.

Actually do not remember reading one post by him, so you're going to have to give me time on that.

That being said, if he's not a replacement, he's leaning scum off the bat.

Ah. I see why you ask now Benmage. That does throw my read off a bit. There's time though--so I'll stick with gut for the time being.

What I'm trying to imply is that you're saying that you shouldn't consider direct quotations as ammo because they're apparently easy shots.

Dunno why I said Mitt Romney though. That was dumb.

Quick posting here:

I did think Cyber was a newbie at first because he said something about theme games and first time playing. I'm sure you could find it in his ISO.

Covenant wrote:This bolded really stood out to me while ISO'ing zoro. Doesn't sit well at all.
Benmage was acting funky at that time.

Covenant wrote:scummy post. calls an inactive player scum.
Considering I didn't remember one post from him and it was nearing or at the 20 page mark when I finished, I think there's something definitely wrong there. It's either with me or him. I'll take my chances on the short-term and blame them on him.

Cool. I have a bit of a ways to go, but this should be done by 12.

Kublai wrote:I don't really know Cybertronix's personality well enough to make that call but I'll say town.
Thought you of all people here might know something more. Oh well.

PeregrineV wrote:I read this as "Rapidcanyon is scummy but not".
Because that's what he is? He has scummy vibes(gut) but his posts are decent(logic). So he's confused on his read due to gut. You could interpret it as a type of flipflop technique, but I wouldn't do that.

PeregrineV wrote:Read this as skipped ThAd's posts.
In coordination with the other person he skipped, why is this scummy if he actually addressed that this is what he was doing?

PeregrineV wrote:Read this as he likes ThAd, the guy whose posts he skipped.
Yeah, this is a total misrepresentation of the key point of his post. You're leaning scum at the moment.

Yates wrote:Just finished a flawless victory here where the last scum lurked under pressure - which is the opposite of what was just called scummy.
Not to bring down your epeen, but actually to really do so, but inte is a different scenario from most other players.

Interested in ThAd's post where IAI claims that Nero performed the daykill.

In post 437, Nero Cain wrote:Is AP usually this terrible?
Yes.

AP wrote:He seems to be posting alot, but not saying very much of any help.
Decently sure he got Town MVP (or maybe it was scum. It would make sense in that case)

AP rabble is annoying.

Kublai wrote:wut
Oh, he's gone. Well, damn.
I still want to push this, badly.

In post 511, Acosmist wrote:foxdie is not aids
No, it's worse.

ThAd wrote:I don't think "quick decisiveness" is a scumtell.
I do. I guess we'll disagree on that.

In post 649, Nero Cain wrote:no one said anything about replacing out ITT.
To be fair, you've certainly implied it.

I probably skimmed waaaaay too much but I know I'm over my own deadline.

Here's what I learned:

IAI is scum.
Melmond is null.
Jason is scum.

Enough for the moment.

Unfortunately, no.

RapidCanyon's rage game was the exception. Not the rule.

AP wrote:and 2 games that I read of yours.
I'd like to see it done in two games because I've only seen it in one. Granted, I don't strive to look at people's games.

I'm going to need more time for this. Especially at the rate its escalating now. I think I'll be ready by Sunday but I hope I can get this done by Friday. I definitely will not be up to speed by tomorrow. A tad bit too busy then.
