He can keep the badge, I'm just asking that the text part of the title is changed to "Mafia Scum". It's very much a defining characteristic for Parama.
I don't think you understand how it works.
If I'm getting this right, instead of a "text only" title, they have a "text + image" title for scummy winners. The "best performance scummy" text + image title has been applied to multiple people, and to make Parama's different would mean a new one would have to be made for him that was different from other people's. Which seems to be against what he seems to want, based on his request to be made Mafia Scum again.
Well I think having the text as well as the image is sort of redendant anyway. Kind of like username-based titles with the ugliness and the repetition.

But... I have best town performance and a different custom title.
Titles are known as ranks. Ranks can have custom text under the username as well as an image. Most users with titles simply have a rank with text.
Scummies are also ranks, but they utilize the image feature. When a user with a title wins a Scummy, we edit their rank and simply add the image to it.
When a user without a custom title wins, we give them one of the premade Scummies ranks, whose custom text is like what Parama now has. This is in place of the 'Mafia Scum' rank, which is shared by many users and therefore cannot be assigned an image without also giving it to everyone else who has that text below their name.

If you win one award, and don't have a title, then the award overrides Mafia Scum.
If you have a title, you keep your title but also the banner.
Parama wants his title to be Mafia Scum. That way, he's "titleless", but still has his banner. This is perfectly (to my knowledge) doable. It's just dumb.
We could in theory change the text of all the generic Scummies ranks to read 'Mafia Scum,' though it would get confusing(for us) and I think most people would prefer it the other way.

The way I understand it (and the way I've seen it on other php boards), the text of the rank is unique. So, because "Mafia Scum" is already used, there's no way to make another rank with the same name.
