Why push for a lynch on a joke?

I wasn't complaining about the rvs. I haven't played in a while and it seemed slightly different than the way i was used to it. Also, i have never played with any of you that i know of, so i have nothing to go on to give me an idea on posting habits and such.

What was the last game you played here?

I jokingly voted for Muffin because he was the first one who posted and everyone after him posted with a vote too rather than at least one person not voting. Like the Pied Piper of voting if you will.

Sounds more as if you were more confused by RVS.

And i real voted because he seems to be trying to push for a lynch on a play for no reason other than, "Seems like it'd be fun." But i will ask, Muffin what gives you the idea that he's scum? Are you just basing this on previous games or what?

On second thought, it appears as if this post of his might not be a joke at all but with Muffin and shotty willing to take out andrew94.

You didn't acknowledge that he might not flip scum zMuffinMan, you phrased it as Andrew flipping scum would be unexpected, which doesn't jive with calling him scum so often.

Personally, I still think zMuffinMan's vote on andrew94 in RVS was a joke, but with Shotty piling onto the wagon I'm not so sure anymore. Gah.

I think that role-speculating in this setup is a nulltell in my opinion. On one hand we learn what we've got on our side but on the other hand scum knows what role they can fakeclaim as. (That is if they've got the balls)

First off, it wasn't OMGUS because I didn't vote him simply on the basis that he suspected me.

My reason for voting shotty is because his reason for "suspecting" me is absolutely terrible (oh wait, it didn't even exist in the first place...). I wasn't even talking to shotty, because I was sure he was joking around. I was trying to get a feel for andrew94.

But you voted him strictly because he had you as his top read without any other reason to go on, that's OMGUS.

And it's not like this vote is any worse than my random vote, because I have no reason to believe you to be a good lynch as of right now.

Apparently in another game I just read, Muffin's already "pushing" for a PL so I can assume he always does this when you're both in games together. I take it from the explanation shotty provided earlier that he might do this as well. So it's up in the air if they're scum (and even so, that they're together.) You actually debunked your own theory of this by providing that little fyi tidbit.
