Haha, I didn't vote IS, you clowns. lol
I just got back from V/LA about half an hour ago. Stop this madness, haha. Let me read the thread please.Over my V/LAI made a valiant effort to wade through 50 pages of garbage in another game, and now I have to do it in this game. The reason that game came first was because it is a BaM game with much shorter deadlines.Show"Take me to Pleasure Town!" "Look, the most Glorious Rainbow Ever!" "Do me on it!" -

Now, lets go over why it might be agoodidea to lynch me:
1. Gets rid of dead weight.Admittedly I haven't dedicated a lot of effort to this game thus far. However, this reason no longer really exists because Battousai has put more effort into the game since hydraing w/me, than I have since replacing in.
2. Let's face it, that Reason #1 was pretty much the only good reason. But even that doesn't really exist anymore due to Battousai being here, and due to my promises to be useful now that I'm done catching up in my other game (in which I was doing the EXACT SAME THING I WAS DOING HERE).
And now here's why it's aterribleidea to lynch me:
1. Lynching me will tell you a whole lotta nothing.Seriously.
2. It gives you NO connections to anyone else, mostly because I haven't really spoken to or about anyone else.
3. To my credit, I HAVE said I'll catch up and post thoughts soon.Yeah, I've said that before, and a lot of that has been empty promises, and "soon" came a lot later than I originally intended, because of RL issuesplusanother more impending deadline in that other game I mentioned, but now that I've caught up in that one, I'll be contributing here as well. Anyway, let's move on to:
4.When I realized I wouldn't be able to contribute as much as I wanted to and as soon as I wished I could,I got a hydra partner so at least he could drag my dead weightwhile my sorry arse was doing other more important things. Note: This nullifies the only good reason to lynch me.
But speaking of hydraing instead of replacing out: This is obviously NOT something scum would do. This is pretty clearly something only a townie thing to do. WIFOM it all you want, but scum would just replace out, not hydra with a replacement. Either that or they'd try to catch up themselves (and would likely already be caught up, but would have just been lurking). This is not the case with me because I'm obviously not faking about knowing pretty much nothing about the game thus far. So I did the thing a townie would do who wanted to stay in the game and knew he'd have time soon, but didn't at the moment, and didn't want to be as much of a dead weight as he had been being: I invited somebody to hydra with me in the same slot. Scum wouldn't do this because if the slot was lynched they would still get the loss. They'd just cut and run.
All this to say: I'm not scum, duh. Don't lynch me. I can catch up soon and Iwillbe caught up soon. Scum on my wagon will try to discount what I said above, but it's undeniably true, and will ring so, loudly and clearly, if I'm lynched and flip.
tl;dr: read the above.Show"Take me to Pleasure Town!" "Look, the most Glorious Rainbow Ever!" "Do me on it!" -

Also, news flash: If guys like Yos + IS are scum, they'll find reasons to bandwagon on a terribly lynch regardless of whether there's multiple scumgroups and they think I'm rival scum or not. A mislynch is a mislynch, and as long as they can get to LYLO, they can talk their way out of pretty much anything except cop results. I wouldn't be surprised if both of them are scum after seeing their votes on me.
Now in a couple of days I'll be caught up, and I'll be posting intermittently until I get caught up, noting thoughts, interactions, etc. If I post multiple times in a row and you don't like it, you'll have to :dealwithit: because I'm not gonna make a super-long post because I just tried to do that the other night for my other long game and the browser crashed when I tried to submit it. Soooo, 3.5 hours of work gone. I'm at home now and using a better computer and browser, but I am still not taking any chances. Also, it's much easier to read bite-size replies than a gigantic wall. Don't lie. You hate walls more than you hate lots of little posts. ;P
Also, hopefully Mr. Flay will respond to my PM soon about my+Battousai's hydra. We'restilllocked out.
Anyway. Prepare for glory.Show"Take me to Pleasure Town!" "Look, the most Glorious Rainbow Ever!" "Do me on it!" -

I am a pro-town program. I am not a miller.
I am also amused tremendously by this town. A guy claims vig in the middle of the day and promises to shoot someone else and 90% just goes on their way without commenting on either. Apathy central it is.ShowFinished: 159 (120 Town, 33 Mafia, 5 Other, 1 Cult, 4 Cultivated)

Many many updates.... In a single day!unvote
That's a pretty solid claim.. For now I'm certainly willing to believe that's not a serial killer role. But... ah hah! I knew you were a killer! Killing Vez for the satisfaction of Vez dying certainly isn't that protown... but it does leave a later loophole closed up. Also, I work for no one, unless the pay is good.
Toon Fighter wrote:@ LF: I am a pro-town program, I am not a miller
Whoa, this is a new role type in the game.. If no other pro-town programs come out, then this is a good lynch choice... though maybe not for today, there are bigger fish to fry.
However, I don't think a mass claim is necessary, like Llama asked...
Messing up the RC vote thing doesn't look very good either.
toon fighter wrote:Whoops, I missed that, I was posting from memory. I though he had actually voted IS. Still, the argument remains
"I guess i got that wrong, but even though it was wrong, I'm still going to vote based on it!"
Uuuuhm... What? This is similar to the furc thing... Bad play? Scummy? Being in a pattern feels more bad play than scummy... either way it is anti-town on some level.
As for you, Reaper/Battou... nothing in the slightest about you strikes me as pro town.
#1220 is the most input you've given all game long. Broken down: "Sensfan was scummy for a while..." I don't see the virtue in this argument, and you sure as hell didn't make a case of it. Toonfighter, the #1 lynch candidate for the day.. AKA bandwagon hopping.. Furcolow, Yesterday's #2 candidate... aka past bandwagon hopping, and IS.. where you talk about recent game play, but point to nothing specific. ...useless post.
reaper charlie wrote:1. Lynching me will tell you a whole lotta nothing. Seriously.

Why do we need connections to anyone else if you aren't scum? "Let me live for a while, and maybe you can learn who my scum buddies are."
But speaking of hydraing instead of replacing out: This is obviously NOT something scum would do. This is pretty clearly something only a townie thing to do. Scum wouldn't do this because if the slot was lynched they would still get the loss. They'd just cut and run.
Or use this all as an excuse in your post like you are doing right now. Based on my experience, scum have just as much volition to stay in game as town players, and often times even more. You're like the perfect pattern.. staying just on the brink of here, but not actually doing anything other than convincing us to do otherwise.
vote:Reaper CharlieI don't think that there's anything that can be done to justify the type of play you've been using.. It's both anti-town and scummy.
As for the IS vote: I agree that IS's play has been a bit concerning... I especially didn't like day one, now today, in general less posting.. I haven't done a real check here again. I think one really big point to make is that, based on IS's style, we're going to be gaining a lot more information from keeping him around. I get the feeling he's one of the stronger players here. I just don't think we should blindly trust him, now anyone for that matter. But he doesn't seem like a better lynch candidate than Reaper, and even Toon fighter looks better than IS right now, if you ask me.
Reaper really seems like the best choice for today. If you're not remembered, then you never existed.-

@ ML: I thought he voted IS, if he said he would vote IS, to me that doesn't invalidate my initial reasons to vote him. The intention was still there, he just didn't turn it into a real vote.
@ RC: That post just reeks scum. You say only a town player would call for a hydra, but you present no real reason to it except the fact that you just did it to be called town. I can see every motivation for scum to do it, even if to just use it to claim being town later on (oh, like what YOU just did). You present no real reason not to vote you, and, even though you say you read the whole game, the only posts you make are in your defense about events that occurred in the last few days. You don't comment on the game, you just answer (badly) to the case built on you.~Toon fighter~-

Isnt it funny how all of this antagonism against me merely comes from the fact that im declaring Charlie to be an useless troll scum and im not afraid to call out Albert on his bullshit?
Now here is the hard fact: Is what im saying not true? Is it a lie? Am I conjuring arguments out of thin air?
(Hint: The answer is NO)
Does that make me scummy?
(Hint: The answer is NO)
Then we have all of those things to think about. Why would Albert claim so early, he wasnt in much danger to be lynched. (Albert continues to lie and pretend that it wasnt early). And of course if Albert wants me dead so bad (presumably just to get me out of the way), why does he want me lynched instead of just killing me tonight? Why does he continue to defend useless Charlie?
The fact remains, Charlie is useless, and that isnt the only reason to lynch him. His behavior is peculiar and defiant in the face of criticism (scum trait), not to mention that he went along with a hammer without even reading the thread (of which he has admitted several times), bringing in hydras in an attempt to confuse, troll, divide and distract the town.
Charlie needs to go. Albert can be dealt with accordingly afterwards (After Charlie flips scum).ShowElvis_Knits: "IS you are a sexist schmuck, for real"

@ABR:
IS makes a good point. Early claim, push to lynch IS instead of just vigging him the next night... But the only thing that doesn't match up is the vezo kill... As seen from your in-game actions, you haven't been very pro-town as of late. Sen's post wasn't scummy.
Why exactly do you want IS lynched over RC, instead of a possible vig in the night?
