Yin and Yang Rolls:

My restaurant attempts to fuse the traditional japanese delicacy of Sushi Rolls into the common American restaurant. I have friends who are afraid to try sushi because of their fears of eating "raw fish", so we strive to work their way to the more traditional raw fish through simplistic California rolls and other non-raw fish sushi. We even bring in some unique ideas for sushi such as the hamburger roll and and pasta roll. We also cater to those of all food preferences including gluten-free, vegan rolls, for vegetarians or those with wheat allergies.

Additionally, we also attempt to fuse the convinence of fast food restaurants by also allowing a to-go service for sushi rolls. Many Americans are afraid to embrace a culture, aside from our own. If we can find a way to meld the ideas of a culture that is important on a global scale to some of the ideas of our own and we can be able to create a greater culture awareness in the general populous and could start a revolution of understanding and acceptance of cultures other than our own.

The restaurant is designed by multiple round tables of difference sizes (depending on the size of the party) surrounding a giant round kitchen where the chef's prepare the food before your eyes.

Yes, we are. What could I get for you today? You interested in more traditional stuff today, or do you feel adventurous?

We make a small hamburger patty, then wrap a piece of lettuce and diced tomato. Then, we roll it up with rice and seaweed. We have a sweet, yet with a little kick ketchup sauce to dip it in. Sesame seeds are optional add on.

And would that be 4 or 8 rolls?

That night that word was messing with me. I retyped all the menus so that will not be an issue. Teriyaki was also wrong. Thanks Riceballtail. :D.

The menu seems good. Might eat next visit.

*facepalms*

Thank you for noticing this, we had all of the drinks in stock. It did seem odd when all people drank was water. I'll have the menu retyped up. Thank you very much.
