Coin Game: Duel GAMEOVER!

Here are the rules for those of you who haven't played before:
-You start off with 1000 coins
-Every round you PM me how many you want to spend

-If you submit the lowest, you're out
-If you submit the second lowest, you get all coins you spent back

-If you fail to submit coins, you will receive a strike and a random submission. If you fail to submit again, you will be eliminated.
-If a tie occurs, tied players get their coins back and submit again
-Last man standing wins!

However in addition to this, everyone will receive 100 duel tokens. These are non-refundable. And the two players that submit the lowest will face off in a duel and use duel tokens. The player that wins the duel receives all coins back that they spent for that round. The other is eliminated.
