Ill be honest, I didnt like chain 12 (in fact the only one so far I havent liked) because the sentences dont really go with the corresponding pictures for the most part. Particularly the first one.

Interestingly, there are 40 player slots, with 13 assignments per chain. Weird coincidence.

But anyway, that aside, those numbers mean the game is 12/13 done, (aka, 92% done).
