Incorrect. It's that Cupcake STATES it to be activated, rather than a response. But hey, now it's a matter of discussing whether or not this implies that Cupcake activated an ability for the day cycle (and therefore why, as cycle-protect abilities are better used either A. At night or B. Late-daygame) or that Cupcake has just been caught in a lie in that they've only crafted the end result without actually considering whether to call it a BP ability, a reflexive shield ability, or any other justification.

To be honest, you should probably watch out in attempting arguments like this. At this stage, it isn't so much of 'how' (as providing a myriad of answers only allows for easier fakeclaiming), but rather why the given syntax. Trying to write off 'blue particles' as any one type of ability doesn't do so much in the avenue of interpreting alignment. It's a given fact that something happened, but the nature isn't necessary until Cupcake is actually ready to be lynched.

That is to say, there's no reason for that to be a current topic of debate. The important points are A. It occurred, B. Cupcake is taking credit for it, C. There have been no counterclaims, D. Cupcake's responses since the event occurred.
