And Jeff, but he doesn't matter anyway) Either way, you need to get down to the business of catching the bad guys! Wait, were they Werewolves or Mafia? What do you mean no one bothered to check?

The BaM Ruleset

(stolen/modified from Xyl)

1.) Votes must be bolded and at the start of a line. If we don’t see it, we wont count it.

2.) Unvoting is nice, but not necessary.

3.) Once a majority is reached, that person is lynched.

4.) If there is no majority at deadline, there will be no lynch for that day.

5.) Day 1 will have an approximated deadline based on when the game starts – it will be no less than a week. All following days will have a deadline of 7 days.

6.) Nights will have 48 hours maximum. Any night actions not submitted will simply not happen – the thread should be open 48 hours following a deadline lynch.

7.) Do not talk about this game outside the thread unless your role allows you to.

8.) When you die, you are dead. Stay that way.

9.) Do not edit posts. Do not use invisible text. Do not use small text.

10.) Do not quote any communication from the mod (that includes PMs) in the game thread.

11.) If you are going to be gone for an extended period of time, please let me know. See rule 12.

12.) If you do not post for the equivalent of a full game day (see rule 5) you will be modkilled. Further, you will be blacklisted from any future games using the BaM ruleset. Keep in mind that there are no replacements for flaking in a BaM ruleset game. Other circumstances requiring replacement are up to the mods discretion..

As you squabble and argue amongst yourselves, one voice stands out to you as the most suspicious. Robocopter87 quickly becomes your clearest suspect. He adopts an air of defiance, coupled with disbelief that you would all turn on him this quickly. More out of spite than anything else, you decide that he needs to be the one to die today. Even as you lead him to the Silver Gallows of Blackmoor (the only device that can kill both the Mafia and Werewolves), he still protests his innocence and lambasts you for not listening to his reasoning. After his feet stop twitching, you check his pockets and find nothing to indicate that he was neither Mafia, nor a Werewolf.

So after a short discussion and some quick claiming, you decide that CallMeLiam must be the one to die today. As you drag him to the silver gallows, the clouds begin to part and the full moon begins to shine. As CallMeLiam's feet stop kicking, Copper and Me=Weird begin to growl...

The next day, all that remains in the town square are the mangled bodies of a2rudeboy and Scott Brosius. Paw prints lead away from the scene into the forest on the edge of town.

I'm honestly surprised this setup doesn't get run more often.

As for the linking, I've seen it done in other games where it was really helpful for catch-ups, but I guess in a BaM game it's not really an issue.
