Except that Brandi would not necessarily die. Also, depending on the Reincarnator table for scum she could have gone from scum to town, though that sounds game breaking to me, and a town option might not have been in there, but if you make that assumption then you'd always want to lynch Brandi again if she was scum the first time, which defeats the purpose of the Reincarnator role, so maybe you would want to include a town option.

BOMBSCUM defeats the purpose of its value as well, as I called out earlier in the game. ;o
Its the risk of the role.

I think Town loses if a town member hammers BOMBSCUM. If the last Mafia member survives the night and makes a successful NK, that leaves 1 town member and 1 scum. Game over, Mafia wins.
