Oh noes I got a finger of suspicion, that effects me so much. Might as well make a scum slip and self vote. [/sarcasm]

I can understand making that mistake. Its a null. He put someone at L-1 because of a bandwagon, he unvoted, its all right. If you never let go of things you won't have an open mind about things.

Taking five secons to reread the thread you will notice that no one noticed the L-1 till after the vote count. So being mad at Rayfrost for not noticing the L-1 isn't cool. Since I don't got anybody else I feel is scummy.

VOTE: [sic]

With all your
FoS
ing and thinking your so innocent and should get town credit for voting someone who didn't realize they put someone at L-1 is scummy.

Pretty sure the responsibilty for checking the vote count lies with the voter. That last part isn't even a sentence.

Um, I don't need one? L-2 isn't within range for a hammer. I just skimmed to make sure nobody had 2 votes already, which is what Scott should have done.

Why not vote someone without votes instead of putting someone at L-2 so early in the game? Hmm? How bout that? What you have to say to this?

Listen, you are taking the L-1 thing to seriously. You are tunneling on Rayfrost. He put someone at L-1. It takes 3 votes to do that, votes fly in RVS. things happen. Scott didn't die. Its a null tell. Now let it go. Your making it out to be a big drama.

Meh. My problem is with people letting RayFrost off the hook, not with his vote. Any reason you didn't notice the L-1 *after* the votecount?

I don't care if someone is at L-1 unless someone starts expressing the want to hammer, then things get serious. My votes weren't counted so I did read the votecount!

I know you did, that's why I asked. Would've thought it was smart to make sure everyone knew it was L-1, to stop "accidental" hammers.

Looking for a replacement for RayFrost. I figured it's early enough in the game to justify replacing. If any of you know someone to take the spot, let me know.

Whoa whoa. bv310, you can't replace Rayfrost. He posted today! Look at the bottom of page 2.

You can't replace him like that. I'm PMing you to bring this to your attention.

Alright, proceed.

Sorry, but the Rayfrost posting this morning yet being replaced seemed off to me. Way off.

I'll stop talking now.

What should I have done?

Are you really that worried about a quick-lynch? Have you ever seen someone accidentally hammered?

You backed down over that vote way too easily, as soon as the pressure started up from Robo you just dropped it.

Yes, many times. Enough that mafia can easily "accidentally" hammer someone at L-1 without looking too out of place. (Or perhaps it makes more sense in the reverse: that you will accidentally kill townies if you punish every accidental hammer.)

Rayfrosts actions have been rather bizarre. I agree that it's an innocent enough mistake not to realize that 3 votes is L-1. This game is much smaller than the mafiascum norm. But his subsequent vote feels off, and I don't like his out of the blue replacement. While I hate gaming replacements - I can think of many reasons to leave a game I wouldn't want to share with strangers - it strikes me as scummy. I realize that my paranoid twinges aren't much of a case, but I'll be leaving my vote and I'm keenly interested in what the replacement has to say.

[sic]'s frustration regrading Rayfrost and his desire to advance beyond the RVS seems genuine. My one reservation with him is the one Liam has expressed, that he let go of a good point too soon. Still, that also makes sense from a perspective of frustration, in a "fine I guess we're not going for this" way, and [sic] is my strongest town read thus far.

A pressure vote's kinda useless when you've all sworn off the wagon. Not like I've stopped talking about it.

What Copper said re: "accidental" hammers. Just takes one more person doing what Ray did (or scum faking it).

Ray's dropped all his games, don't think it means anything.

[sic], You are at L-1. Just a reminder. I ain't backing out on this wagon because of L-1. I wanna see you flip. Don't claim till someone says they will hammer.

Talk of claiming is premature, Scott's vote is still random. Glad you called out L-1 this time, though.

You think Liam's vote had good reasoning behind it? What about Copper's "strong town" read on me?
