Guild-Sponsored Schools of Magic:

At the beginning of each day, a list detailing what schools of magic are still sponsored by the guild will be given. Additionally, this list will show how many apprentices have opted to help this school in their magical endeavors.

As of the start of the game, the following are the 8 Guild-Sponsored Schools of Magic:

Transmutation

Guild Marks:


All Guild Marks are twilight abilities - you must PM me the use of them during the day and they will activate that night before any other actions (and before natural action resolution).

For as long as history has recorded such things, the Powerful Wizard Guild has stood strong. Civilizations have collapsed around it, but always under the absolute and fair rule of the Wizard Emperor SpyreX it has prospered.

Until one day, as these stories begin. There was unrest withing the Guild. People started to look for someone to blame. Sadly, they chose SpyreX as the focus of their discontent.

Individually? None stood a chance. However, they had been taught the power of working in unison by the very person they turned against.

SpyreX, POWERFUL WIZARD, has been killed by a series of Wishes.


It is Night 0. This will end Thursday, June 16th at 10:30 PM PST.

The first day back after the memorial was a tough one. Tensions were high because deep in their hearts everyone knew the killers were there - and that they would strike again. So, of course, the only answer was one that SpyreX from beyond the grave would approve of: striking hard and striking fast. So, you did.

TheButtonmen was stripped of all magical gear and lynched. As his body was hanging limp a review of everything that ever was, is, or will be of the TheButtonmen showed he, in fact, had nothing to do with the death of SpyreX.

Even worse, with his demise there was no longer a Conjurer present within the highest rank of the Guild. The Conjurer Mark, and school, was lost.


TheButtonmen, Conjurer, was lynched.


The School of Conjuration is no longer available.

Morning came. Apparently while some magic was done last night (as it always is) something far more sinister was afoot as well: murder most foul. You all go to see the body of KMD pierced through, laying in one of the corridors. In this time his mastery of Transmutation was something you could not afford to lose, yet, somehow, you must press on.

While you are walking back through the halls you hear a loud ruckus from one of the rooms: Gammagooeys, to be precise.
Additionally as you all convene you see Budja surrounded by beautiful lights.


KMD4390, Transmuter, has been slain via Magic Missile.

Gammagooey's room sends out loud noises.
Budja is covered in beautiful lights.

The School of Transmutation is no longer available.

Amazingly, not only losing SpyreX but killing one of their own the next day didn't phase the rest of the wizards. They plowed forward, knowing that with enough blood spilled they would find the vile fiends that took away their great leader.

And, so it went today. Andrius, the Great Diviner, was given the rope.

After a thorough analysis of his personal effects, you did find a picture of SpyreX - with the eyes bored out.

It looks as though you have found one of the culprits!

Revitalized, the search continued. This time, they knew they had found another killer.

Or, so they thought. Rushing frantically ahead, they put Empking to the rope.

Only to find, alas, he was a simple apprentice.

To make matters worse, the slovenly body of MrSuave at this moment was ripped from existence. No one knew why, but everyone was fearful of finding out. A quick review of the tiny amount of belongings found that he, too, was an apprentice.

Morning came, once again. While last night may have been restful for those remaining it was not to become a pattern. For, once again, morning brought death to the ever dwindling masters.

This time, it was Karma. Like before, he had been pierced through and left dead. The search turned up that he, in fact, was the great Abjurer and would have nothing to do with taking any life, much less SpyreX's.

It was that time. As four sat and looked at each other the final die was to be cast. Suspicions moved freely between the alleged "apprentices" with only one Wizard standing tall.

So, at the moment Budja was hung everyone heard something.

Something deep.

Something dark.

Something sinister.

Something that existed only in their heads. As the screams began echoing inside their skulls they looked back at Parama.

Who laughed as he willed them to die.

I'll dig up night actions if we need them. It think that side was very straightforward.

This was a fun game to watch and absolute Kudos for Parama. That was a great scumgame!

Overall I liked this game. I was surprised how little the mechanics ACTUALLY came into play compared to how they did.

It was 8/4 to start. KMD had the idea I thought was going to happen where a school was picked to get juiced and then hijinks from there.

Some of the better guild marks never got used either and it would have been hilarious to see what would have happened - just think, in a perfect storm in one night gamma could have killed 4 people.
