Read the order as: Me=Weird, animorpherv1, KageLord, chenhsi...
Objective:
Destroy 3 of the 5 bases if you are the Rebels, and protect 3 of the 5 bases if you are the Empire, through deception, strategy, and sabotage.
1.
Role Assignment
: Each of the players secretly receives one of two roles, either
Resistance
, or
Empire
(6 resistance and 3 empire members are put in a 9P game). The Empire is the informed minority in this game, and thus will learn the identities of all their partners before the game begins. The Rebels will know nobody's role but their own. However, no players will ever be allowed to have private conversations out of thread. All discussion must be out in the open.
One player will also become the first
Leader
. This role will be made public.
2.
Plan Delegation
: The game begins with attacking the first base (these appear as octagons on the display). The Leader will delegate a certain number of Plans to each player in the game. How many plans are given to the players is shown on the number beneath the base, (the numbers will be lower if fewer players join). After any desired discussion is carried out, the Leader will propose a delegation of the Plans as follows:
: Once the proposal is made, players vote by PM as to whether or not they agree with the Proposal made with a vote of YES or NO. If a majority (half the bunch, round down, add 1) say YES, then the proposal passes, and we go to step 4.
If it fails, the Leader role rotates, and a new proposal is made for the attack on the same base. Be warned, if 5 consecutive votes fail, the Empire will win the game automatically.
4.
Plan Execution
: The players delegated the Plans will then decide whether to
SUPPORT
or
SABOTAGE
the mission by PM. All Rebels MUST support the mission, but the Empire has a choice of which option they choose.
5.
Aftermath
: The decisions are tallied and the results revealed in-thread, simply saying how many supported and how many sabotaged the mission, without stating who exactly chose which option.
If even 1 person sabotages, the Empire prevails and defends that base successfully. If everyone decides to support, the base is destroyed and the result is in favor of the Rebels. The first faction to protect/destroy 3 bases wins, but if neither has achieved that result yet, leadership rotates, the next base in line is targeted, and we go back to Plan Delegation.
Base 4 in a 7+ player game requires TWO saboteurs for the mission to fail and the base protected for the Empire. This is the only time where a lonely saboteur will not make the mission fail.
Deadline for Plan Delegation is 120 hours, deadline for Plan Execution and Voting is 48 hours.
Role PMs:

Everyone's role has been sent. Please all /confirm in thread and maybe begin your efforts to convince everyone that you can be trusted with this mission of dire importance.
No Plan nominations will be accepted at this time, although Me=Weird should begin deliberating this daunting task at this moment.

Base 1: Plan Delegation 1/5
It is now time to nominate 3 people you would like to see take on the attack for the first base, Me=Weird. You can nominate yourself if you wish, but remember, a majority must agree to your proposal before the plan is put into motion.
Remember, 3 of the 9 of you are Imperial spies. If any one of them is trusted to the Plans, and even one chooses to sabotage, the attack will fail.
Choose wisely. Leader, you have 120 hours from the timestamp of this post to select, in thread, by posting in bold the plan allocation you decide on. Everyone may, but by no means is obliged to discuss in thread. I can ping people on request if you think they're just inattentive, but silence is always an option.

Your time is now more than half up. You know the rules Me=Weird, if we don't have a proposal on the table within 50 hours, you will be labelled an Indecisive and will lose your Leadership status.

Base 1: Vote 1/5
With an accompanying incoherent interjection/expletive, Leader Me=Weird has proposed himself, Cybele, and KageLord receive plans. A majority (5 of you) must now agree for the plans to take effect.
Including yourself Leader, everyone must submit a vote on the plans, either YES or NO. It is completely your choice regardless of alignment, but it must be PRIVATELY MESSAGED to me within 48 hours. Each player's vote will be publicly revealed afterwards. Please note that repeated failure to participate in the Voting stage can result in your removal from the game.
Request: Please format your subject line along these lines-

A light will come on to the side of everyone who has voted YES. The NO voters remain unlit.
Two dissenters, but the delegation passes. Follow me, please.
*the three of us walk out, the door shuts*
Base 1 Plan Execution
Welcome you three to Base 1. Here are some radios so we can stay in contact with the bunker (i.e. still allow you to communicate in thread). This is where the action happens, so if Me=Weird has knowingly or otherwise planted spies on the mission, this is where it may get ugly.
You three, and you three only, now have the choice to SUPPORT or SABOTAGE the mission by sending me a PM with your choice. If you are Resistance, your only logical option is support of this mission. If you are an Imperial spy, the option is completely yours.
If all of you support, the Resistance will successfully destroy the base. If even one act of sabotage takes place, the mission fails- but then it will be known that at least one of you is a no-good traitor.
Let's go. You have 48 hours to decide. To the Resistance members among you three, I want the PMs from you, too, even though your choice is obvious.

Base 1 Aftermath
The cards at the bottom will indicate the support or lack thereof from the three participants in this mission. Red is in support, and green is in support of the green Imperial spies.

Base 2: Plan Delegation 1/5
Congratulations, Resistance. Two more bases gone, and the Empire will be destroyed for good.
animorpherv1, you are now the Leader, and in charge of delegating who will go on our second mission. Base 2 is more reinforced, however, so we will need 4 participants for this mission.

Base 2: Vote 1/5

Base 2: Plan Delegation 2/5
As I go scold Zodiark for failure to participate, it is my obligation to remind you that if 5 consecutive votes fail, the Empire will automatically win.
KageLord, despite you having agreed to the prior delegation, you must now re-do the delegation for the Base 2 assault. Please select your 4 people within 120 hours.
I will wait 48 hours for Zodiark13 to show, then replace him.

Names with an orange border around them were assigned plans, with animorpherv1's font color orange because he did the delegation. The boxes are illuminated next to YES voters, dark next to NO voters, and Zodiark's should've had a question mark next to it.

Base 2: Vote 2/5
Catching Zang and Me=Weird falling asleep, KageLord proposes the illuminated names as the participants in mission 2. You have 48 hours to select YES or NO.
I received a vote between the nomination and this post. I will count that.

Will the Resistance find this plan any more enticing? Let's see if the 5 votes are there this time.
With one dissenter and two abstainers (shame on you to the latter), the vote passes. Gentlemen, this way please.
*the four and myself walk out*
Right guys, the only thing that's changed is that there's more resistance against the Resistance in there. Otherwise, it's just another routine trek down those underground pipes into their base. Hands off those damned alarm buttons, if this succeeds, we'll be 2/3 of the way there.
It's Support or Sabotage within 48 hours.
(Pre tags are cool.)

Base 3: Vote 1/5
The Resistance is in fantastic shape going into this third and potentially final mission. Can you trust this group of 4 one more time for a flawless victory, or will any of them turn on the Resistance and derail the mission?
It's yes/no within 48 hours. Votes submitted prior to this message count.

Base 3: Plan Execution
The vote passes 6-2. Sorry, I failed to notice SSBF's replacement request, apologies for that. I'm really rubbish at paying attention to these sorts of things.
NEW RULE: PLEASE USE THIS LINK TO SUBMIT ACTIONS. If everyone, even if you're not on the mission, would kindly follow the link and submit a test to make sure my system works, that would be best.

Text-based summary of the game.
One passing observation: Empire's voting habits were quite overly transparent. Perhaps the fact that they were ALL stacked way down in the Leader rotation had something to do with it.
