I recently found out that I will be vacationing in Forks (not my idea) in mid-August and probably won't be able to attend either of the middle two options.

Similar to In & Out, except themed for the Pacific Northwest. Five years ago, it was the best fast food place in existance, but their quality has gone way down and their prices have not.
I just ate at In-N-Out for the first time last week and I don't remember Burgerville's burgers ever tasting that good. I do like their fish and chips and breakfast sandwiches, but they're way overpriced for me. The chain was founded in Vancouver, so their locations are all clustered around Portland/SW Washington.

If people want to all go see a movie, I'd recommend a McMenamins for the beer and cheap ticket prices. Edgefield's probably not far, so you could even do their little pitch and putt course if people want to golf.

I'm still really iffy and would only show up for a Friday or Saturday evening, but would help with funds for the suite if I make it.

Interesting choice of drink Troll, it's one of my favourite spirits. I'm still uncertain of my availability, but I'm hoping to make it out for an evening. I have a similar classic mafia film I could bring - Who's afraid of 'CryWolf'? I picked it up at the local Hollywood video closing sale for $1 and haven't watched it yet.

I'd be up for low stakes poker, but would prefer to play board games since I rarely get a chance to do so.

Never heard of the place? Click here.
Is that a joke? Spokane is a city in Washington State, that has little to do with that Canadian beer.

Looks like I'll be coming back from vacation that Friday, so my odds of attending have greatly increased.

We ended up cutting our vacation short, so I'm 90%+ likely to come out tonight. I probably won't arrive until after 8, but I'm not sure from the agenda where everyone will be.

I'm alive and well.

My Saturday didn't go as planned, so I wouldn't have been able to get over there until almost 11. I was disappointed that I missed more of the fun, but I'm too old to stay out much past that hour two nights in a row.

Barely. My problem is mostly due to the 7 am wakeup call I get every morning. I haven't slept past 8 in more than seven years now.

Not sure if I qualify as a scumstormtrooper and this Sunday probably wouldn't work, but I'd be interested in future rounds of gaming.

I don't know if anyone visits Tanga.com, but they sometimes have uberplay games for a steal. I just missed out on picking up aquedukt for only $7.

I'm going to be in Hillsboro for most of the day Sunday, so my odds of being able to show up have dramatically increased. Could you PM me your new address?

Someone who knows how to use the wiki should also make a wiki entry for Scumstorm.

It was weird to see Troll not speaking like a troll, so I wonder if Fate in person uses All Caps.

Didn't Brandi come the farthest? Or does it not count since she hasn't left Portland yet?

I'm too lazy to read back through the thread right now. When is troll coming down? I might be able to ford the river for a visit.

Why ruin a rhubarb pie with strawberries? I would always ask for rhubarb pie on my birthday when I was growing up. My wife doesn't like it and can't make it :(

Wow, a troll visit and rhubarb pie? I'm really hoping I can make this happen. I should know by this weekend.

I'm about 99% likely, assuming that I'm not out of town or don't move somewhere far away.

Busk typically means to perform in public for 'donations', like a street musician.
