Welcome to

Project Imagery

! Here, contestants will vie for the opportunity to become the next top image finder! Each round, contestants will find images that represent the theme or challenge, and present to the wonderful panel of judges, who will rate them from best to worst. After each round, one contestant will win, and one contestant will be out.

Gameplay

This game takes place in rounds, each round, I will present you with a challenge, such as:

Find three images that best represent the following word:

CHEESE

Each contestant will PM me with their image or images. These images may be created by the contestants themselves, taken by way of camera, or merely found on the Internet. The goal here is to fit the theme in the best way possible.

Be prepared! Some challenges may require you to work in teams.

Once everyone has submitted their images, I will give each submission a letter and post them anonymously in the thread. Each contestant who submitted, as well as myself, will vote for our favorite submission and least favorite submission by PMing me the letter of the favorite and least favorite.

Once I have received all votes, I will tabulate the results. The contestant who gets the most "favorite" votes will win the round and have Immunity in the next round. However, they should still submit images for the next round, as they have the opportunity to earn Immunity again. At some point, this Immunity will be discontinued.

The contestant who gets the most "least favorite" votes will be eliminated. However, they will have an opportunity to vote in the final three.

When only three image finders are left, I will post a final challenge that will be much more difficult than the others. I will also ask any contestant who was eliminated by "least favoritism" (that is, they didn't get eliminated by flaking) to vote on the submissions for this final round. Once I have received all submissions and votes, I will declare a winner.

I was thinking about GIFs yesterday and how the could influence the game, so I'm adding this as a rule change:

"GIFs may be used, but each separate frame counts as a picture. This rule prevents contestants from posting GIFs that consist of twenty different pictures.

I just thought of something: What happens if two of your pics are voted favorite and least favorite?

Maybe I should have made this clearer, but all three pictures are a group and will be voted on collectively. For example:

We would rank each group (of three pictures) from most favorite to least favorite.

I also considered doing it the way in question, though.

Two questions; What happens if there is a tie for first and/or last? And what will stop people for voting just for their pictures?

Answer to question 1: Both win/are out.
Answer to question 2: You obviously can't vote for your own pictures.
