I hope not are I will be thinking of 10 different things and changing my mind more times then not.
Usually if you play online you get one shot and I think that is how this game should be played.

False. You always get infinite resubmissions in the real IRC thing.

(Then again, a computerized IRC bot never minds getting his PM box filled up.)

Oh that's right I just never changed my mind in the computer since there is less time to think of an idea.

Resubmissions are allowed, but it resets your submission time.

I received a submission with an /in -- it's a player that didn't /in before the deadline. Do we allow it? If there isn't a big outlash against it, I'll allow it -- the person has no advantage.

I don't see why not. But I would say no one else should be in after the first round submissions.
