It appears that 2 patients have escaped from our correctional ward and have mixed in with our regular patients.

please help me locate them before they take over the hospital.

the set up

c/9 (Open 189) - 2 Mafia Goons, 0-10 Townies - Each town player has a 8/9 chance of being a townie, `0-10 Cops - Each town player has a 1/18 chance of being a cop, 0-10 Doctors - Each town player has a 1/18 chance of being a doctor

possible roles

You are a patient here at Warren State Mental Hospital, you know there are some new people here
infact you think they may be trying to kill you. But then agian you think everyone is out to kill you thats why you are here. At night you do nothing you sleep
the only power you have is the power of you mind as demented as that may be and your vote. You win when all threats to your ward have been eliminated

You are a security guard at the Warren State mental Hospital. Thank god you have been trying for years to pass that State Police exam. Because now you will need all you have learned.
Each nite you may PM the mod with a players name of your chosing. You will get a reply back of

or

innocent

. You win with the rest of the ward when all threats to it have been eliminated.

You are a doctor here at Warren State Mental Hospital. Although you cannot cure anyone you may be able to save some lives. I mean you did go to school for 8 yrs and have all those years of internship its gotta be good for something,right?
So each night you may pm the mod with the name of a player you would like to protect. You will recieve a reply of

Voting

A proper vote must be bolded, include the word "vote", and a clearly discernable version of the username of the votee. (GOOD:

Unvotes are maditory when changing votes.

You may vote no lynch, if you so desire.

A majority vote count of (0.5 x PLAYERS_ALIVE) + 1 with the fraction truncated is needed to lynch. (EXAMPLE: (0.5 x 9) + 1 = 4.5 +1 = 5.5 = 5)

A non-majority vote count results in a "no lynch" occurring.

With vote counts posted regularly, everyone should know when the majority has been reached.

Once a majority vote occurs, the game is in twilight until I post the death scene and night begins. The lynchee may not post during twilight.

All living players may continue to post during twilight.

If you're dead, you may not post at all. That includes any type of "BAH" post.

Deadlines

All game days will be deadlined to 2.5 x PLAYERS_ALIVE. (EXAMPLE: 2.5 x 12 = 30)
I will update the deadline as it approaches

If a game day ends before the deadline is reached, half of the remaining days will be added to the following game day.

Majority and non-majority vote count lynching rules still aplly.

Night phase will last 72 hours (3 days).

Participation

You must post at least once every three days.

I will prod you if you don't comply.

I will announce prods in the thread.

You will have to respond to the prod by posting in the thread.

If you do not respond to the prod within 24 hours, I will replace you.

I will not prod you a third time; you will be replaced and you may no longer post in the thread.

The "Post Reply" page has a "Preview" button, please use it.

It would be greatly appreciated that all players participate in an after game discussion.

Since i was unaware of of otto being a saber alt I am allowing him to continue to play the game. However Saber/Otto must declare wich account he wishes to use and may not switch. If another switch occurs then you will be auto replaced.

I have completed my ISOs on Sotty/Qooq and Vi and though I did not take notes during my review...my sense (I know that is not a good reason for others to grasp) tells me she is town. Despite the fact she has been mafia and fooled me everytime [1] we have played.

Who is she? Sotty?

I am not really sure i should answer this untill after endgame. I know its important but I feel its game breaking, please alow me sometime to consult other mods who are not in this game for final ruling thanks

so what i did was go to random.org random ized the list of players top two get the scum slots, then for the remaining players i rolled an 18 sided die if they rolled a 1 the were a cop, 2 they were a doc any thing else they were town

Thanks for modding, tubby. I know this game was probably more of a hassle than you had imagined it was going to be originally. I was super excited about the player list when it started and I don't really know what happened. Getting that many replacements is a real pain. My only complaint on your end was the vote counts needing to be much more often (VC analysis was nigh impossible) and being cryptic about the rules. In an open game, there should be nothing that isn't known except for peoples' alignments. I feel that you were actively interferring with the game by refusing to state your rules clearly. Anyhow, thanks again.

ok here's the deal. I will admit i screwed up by starting the day minus a player but i felt i had to otherwise suffer the loss of more players so that was my bad. However if you guys would have read the role pm clearly listed on page 1 its says "you

MAY

send me a kill choice" meaning no the scum kill is not compulsive. with the game slanted as it was in the town favor i felt it unfair to also come out and confirm fitz. But ifelt the rules were clearly listed.

Personal excuse time,
This game took hella longer than i thought it would. I also got way more involved in family matters to trylu give this game the attention it needed.
I also did not understand the set up or how it could ever come out balanced.

I agian thank each and everyone of you who stuck it out through this game. I also hereby release anyone in the " I owe tubby big time club" and offer this as a reward. You each get one free replacement request each. Meaning at anytime you need a replacement not matter the game set up, no matter the length you all you need to is pm me and say i'm cashing in. And I willl replace into that game.

with that said i am taking a break from mafia ( ie not signing up for any games as a player of mod for awhile) however the replacement deal is still in effect.
