Golden Rules shall henceforth be subject to amendment.

Golden rules cannot be changed by rule proposals but I am open to suggestions if you have any.

Nothing specific. It's just that the ability to screw around with the wincon and voting rules is one of the keys to nomics. It's not like I'm suggesting we eliminate how the mod works, only that we be allowed to amend stuff like that to our own liking.
