For decades, the town of Hammersmouth had lived happily in peace, in isolation. But on one fateful Sunday everything changed; people started to die, houses were burnt, gunshots could be heard everywhere. Now, several days after the invasion started, there are only 12 people alive in the town. The time has come for the town of Hammersmouth to take it's last stand. The criminals must be stopped, and there is only one method to do that: start lynching all the suspicious people, one at a time.

Do not talk about this game outside the thread, unless your role PM allows you to do so.

Do not edit or delete your own or anyone else's posts.
5.
Do not use tiny font or otherwise hard-to-read text.
6.
Do not post any pictures or anything that could be used as a secret code in the thread.
7.
Do not use
blue color
, because it's mine.
8.
If you have something to ask from me, you can either ask it in-thread, in which case I will answer it in-thread, or by PM, in which case I will answer by PM.

9.
Votes must be bolded. Unbolded votes do not count.
10.
Unvotes must also be bolded. You do not have to include the name of the player you are unvoting.
11.
A majority of votes is required for someone to be lynched. If the deadline has passed with no majority, then no one will be lynched.
12.
Votes casted after the deadline or a lynch do not count.
13.
After someone has been "hammered", no one may talk before the lynch scene is posted, with the exception of the lynched player, who has one "Bah" post.
14.
Nightkilled players may also have one "Bah" post.
15.
"Bah" posts may not include any game-related information.

16.
Breaking or faking to break any of these rules may result in you getting warned, modkilled or replaced.
17.
Second warning will get you modkilled.
18.
Modkills may or may not end the day, depending on the situation.

19.
Deadline for every day is (Players alive *2)+6 real-life days. For example, with 12 alive it's 30 days, whereas with 3 alive it would be 12 days.
20.
Deadlines may be extended, if there have been several replacements during a day.
21.
Deadline for every night is 76 hours, with Saturdays and Sundays counting as 12 hours.
22.
If you fail to post your night choice within the deadline, you will not act that night at all.
23.
Inactivity for 76 hours, with Saturdays and Sundays counting as 12 hours, will result in a prod, unless you have announced of being V/LA.
24.
Failure to post in thread within 24 hours of recieving the prod will get you replaced.
25.
Everyone can only be prodded twice during a day. Third prod will automatically get you replaced.

Cop
. Each night you can investigate another player to find out if they're aligned with the mafia. You cannot target yourself. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
You are a
Gunsmith
. Each night you can investigate another player to find out if they're carrying a gun. Other Gunsmiths, along with Cops, Vigilantes, Bodyguards and the whole mafia group carries guns. You cannot target yourself. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
You are a
Tracker
. Each night you can investigate another player to find out who that person targeted during that night. You cannot target yourself. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
You are a
Weak Tracker
. Each night you can investigate another player to find out if they've targeted someone during that night. You will not learn the name(s) of the targeted player(s). You cannot target yourself. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
You are a
Watcher
. Each night you can investigate another player to find out who have targeted that person during that night. You may target yourself. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
You are a
Self-Watcher
. At the start of each day, you will be given a list of players who targeted you last night. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.

0-shot Vigilante
. You possess a gun, but you can't do anything with it - at least, for now. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.

The Gunsmith would need to wait until the next night to be able to use a bullet.

If a Mafia RB blocks a Jailer, and kills the person the Jailer is targetting, what happens? (the latter question for both the situation where the RB is the last scum, and if his partner is making the kill)
In both cases the kill would go through.

The town wakes up to another day, unaware of what has happened during the night. As they make their way to the Town Square, they find a body.

Looking puzzled, the remaining townies try to figure out what this means.

But it's no use, as they're immediately knocked out by the mafiosi.

"What are we going to do to them? We don't have any more bullets."
"Let's just burn them alive. Just watch out we don't burn any buildings. This town is a perfect location for our new hideout."

There was a twist in this game: All mafia members only had 2 bullets at start of the game, and the only way for them to get more bullets was by having a Bulletsmith send some for them. Sotty7 made the night kill on nights 1 and 3, Pablo Molinero on nights 2 and 4. After the Godfather's death on Day 1 it looked like this twist was going to hurt the mafia, but ultimately it seems to have done exactly the opposite, as the town got confused of why the Roleblocker would submit a kill instead of the other mafioso.

I didn't really like how the game turned into a logic puzzle on Day 3, that certainly wasn't the intention. But it was pretty incredible that all town PR's outlasted the Vanillas.

Night 1

Farkshinsoup investigates Percy (Fails, due to being jailed)

Telling us the game is semi-open and then putting in hidden twists seems kind of bastardy to me. :?
My reviewers didn't see a problem in that.

The reason why I came up with that twist was the Bulletsmith role, as I needed to have a plan in case he gives bullets to the mafia. The other choice was just to have them gain additional night kill(s), but that could've made the game too swingy.

In the original setup the Godfather also had an immunity to Gunsmith investigations, and there was a Hitman in place of the Ninja.

I think Artem played his role as a Self-Watcher in the best way possible. Xtoxm's early claim worked out quite fine as well. I should've had a Watcher and a Tracker as possible mafia roles so that there would've been a bit more suspicion on those two.

Deadline and activity rules seem to be quite good, but rule 13 will definitely be changed for my next game.

If Sotty7 and Pablo Molinero have nothing against it, I could post the Mafia QuickTopic link.
