, was + an effective leader?
From what I saw and experienced, + really did the job here. Confident, commanding and just damn good.

Drench, was + an effective leader? Why did you not submit?
I heard nothing from + throughout the whole challenge, and I didn't really see any leadership from him, nor any effects leadership from him would have caused. In this situation, I think + didn't do as well as what we needed.

As for the second part of the question, a combination of time, circumstance and (unfortunately) sheer procrastination led to non-submission from me.

Before I answer the question directed at myself, I'm taking a moment to respond to Eteo's little statement.
I made several attempts to contact Drench, all of which he ignored.
You made
one
attempt to contact me, while I was currently sleeping with my computer turned off. Sure, I was using my iPod at the time, but it doesn't exactly have top-notch IM systems. I did not receive any notification of your IM. Furthermore, I only received half of the message as an offline IM.
This shows that not only did Drench ignore orders from his leader,
Disproven.
but that he is not dedicated to this competition
Sleeping?
He's not that bright either since I found out it was actually a fake challenge set up by yourself to distract him...
I knew it was fake. It was the first thing Jath said to me.
IM Logs wrote:jathan84 (6:06:06 PM): i was j/k i dont acutally know what the challenge is
jathan84 (6:06:09 PM): i just like posting random stuff in thread
Drench394 (6:06:16 PM): Curse you.
Drench394 (6:06:19 PM): lol
So in conclusion, Eteo is wrong all throughout that paragraph.
Drench, what have you contributed on this task or prior tasks? Do you think you deserve to be in here?
In this task, I was the first to start the challenge. I regret that I was unable to complete the challenge, but I was ready right from the get-go. I also managed to display the 3rd best score of all team members, submitted or no.

My participation in other tasks has been limited, I admit, however, what I have done I have committed to it. An important thing to note here is that I don't believe by any means I have been the most detrimental to the team. animorpherv1 and Max, who is not with us at the moment, both have compelling cases as to why they are detrimental to the team. I believe they have both contributed in more detrimental ways then I have.

However, even with that, I believe in this round, I fully deserved to come here. I do not believe, under any circumstances, that I should be fired, as there are people who have, and will continue to be a detriment to the team. I don't believe I am one of those people; I believe I have a place here.

Eteocles wrote:Disproven? Because you say so?

I tried to contact you at least 3 times.

(7:21:18 AM) AddyMuyo: drenchy
(7:23:09 AM) AddyMuyo: drench, i know you're there
(7:23:19 AM) AddyMuyo: you're competing in a fake immunity challenge
(7:27:27 AM) AddyMuyo: I really wish you wouldn't play hard to get, drenchy poo

(7:46:05 AM) AddyMuyo: (7:10:16 AM) jathan84: i got drench
(7:10:21 AM) jathan84: to do a nonexistant immunity challenge
(7:10:22 AM) jathan84: lolza
Did you miss the part about me (trying to) sleep? You contacted me '3' times in the space of 7 minutes, and then stopped. I call that one time.

Eteocles wrote:So while you were goofing off, and I was managing the task, Jath kept me updated on your status and I checked back a few times to see that you were indeed ignoring me and continuing with the fake challenge.
My iPod is void of massive amounts of functionality. I have explained this already. You did see that, right?
Eteocles wrote:And thank you, but I already have that last convo in it's entirety:

(3:06:02 AM) Drench394: Curse you.
(3:06:05 AM) Drench394: lol
(3:06:19 AM) Drench394: Now the mystery loses an answer...this makes me annoyed.
(3:32:11 AM) Drench394: groan
(3:33:40 AM) jathan84: ?
(3:33:50 AM) Drench394: nothing
(3:38:51 AM) Drench394: you sounded convincing in scumchat when you were talking about the challenge
(3:00:43 AM) jathan84: and then i didnt respond on purpose
(3:00:45 AM) jathan84: so he went back to it
(3:00:46 AM) jathan84: lolza
Why thank you. So do I, and I'm pretty certain there are chunks missing.

Um didn't you claim a moment ago that you were sleeping? Even trying to sleep doesn't encompass doing a (fake) challenge in another game.
I have an odd routine. I go to sleep at 9:30, pretend so I get past the parents' checks, and then turn on my iPod. Sometimes I just play it straight away and put it to sleep when they're looking.

What's interesting is that you admit you have no integrity.

What's more interesting is what it says about your confidence in Virgo's ability to perform that you have to pad your bids.
I love how it was
explicitly stated
players could bid on their own products. Just shows Max is reading the rules and taking the opportunities.

Backstory: I need somewhere to put the Third Law to prove a point to tajo, and I've noticed you deleted a post or two here, so I'm going to take the opportunity. ^.^

Drench's Third Law

If you will get pissed off by it or otherwise would not like it, I
will
do it barring external pressures, such as cataclysmic event at the least.

This should be the First Law, as it brings forth the other Laws, but I just realized this, so...
