New Mafia Listmod: Save the Dragons

Please welcome Save the Dragons to the Mafiascum Team! Save the Dragons will be our new Freefloating Mafia Listmod, joining Skygazer in that role, who will take on a number of green duties, including modernizing the Newbie Guide to be featured on the home page.

And once again, our thanks to the retiring lilith2013! Her presence behind the scenes and work ethic in making sure Mafiascum is the best it could be will be greatly missed.
