Seems like a relatively unfun setup if doctor is chosen. It's optimal for the IC to direct lims so the mason doesn't get outed, and the IC won't be killable for a while. Especially since whoever signed up as IC probably wants to lead the town.
Cop version is less problematic but also, as Ircher pointed out, pretty townsided.

The voting mechanic feels pretty weird for a newbie game, I feel like the newbies would feel drowned out during that decision phase by people who know more about mechanics (not to mention the IC).
Bulwark probably should be roleblocker. It would still be the weakest of the three choices, and it's both a simpler and a more common role to introduce newbies to.It's always the same.
