Main account banned. Not sure why?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place. I had to make a new account cause I saw something saying I was banned for ban evasion but that's impossible. Can someone help me?? My account is Hu Tao.

Do they do this with everyone new? I got grilled in DMs yesterday or the day before just to join my first game hahaha. a week to join a game just to get banned, it's just frustrating kinda.

Can I prove my email on my main account Hu Tao is my personal email and connected to my Facebook? I can message a mod it if that's what's needed? I would rather do that in PM so I'm not dox myself.

Update: Messaged mods an appeal. Looks like 2 mods ignored my message completely by looking and not replying. Unless they are looking into it already. An update would help, sorry if that's the case. Still no reply from anyone is slightly frustrating.
