I think that come the later stages in this game the gun/rope discussion will become useful for catching scum - but for now we can't really judge the gun/rope votes as a tell unless anyone is under real pressure. Then we'll likely see a set of scum voters switching if they think they can do it under the radar to save their scum mates. ntil then though, I'll be largely ignoring that count.
Empking is short and sweet, that's pretty much how he does things from what I've seen. He has his uses on some players though. Personally if you HAVE played with Emp and you're suspicious of him at this stage in the game for essentially doing what he always does, IGMEYO.Battle Mage wrote:

This isnt a vote because i vaguely recall you being as helpful as this in another game we shared.

I think Kuribo seems to have battled him long and hard over it in the past to no avail, eventually he just decided to not play with him anymore from what I gathered in the Ganglands PD Mini, so chances are that chasing Emp for this will not change him, only [more than likely] lose us a townie.Save The Dragons wrote:
Yes, because lackluster participation that appears scummy should be encouraged and used as meta, not treated as scummy.christiano drago wrote: Empking is short and sweet, that's pretty much how he does things from what I've seen. If you honestly believe he is Scum for reasons other than the size of his input, then go ahead and chop him. I'll not defend him outside this issue, so you'll probably not have much of an argument to deal with.
Tempted to stick a bit more pressure on Santos here - his rabid Rice love is rousing suspicion faster than a dirty old man in a heavy brown coat next to a kiddies park.
FoS:Santos
and if you don't give me a reason not to - it'll be my vote.-

And if they were ever unsure they woud check and know - therfore not needing to memorise anything.Empking wrote:
No, but the mod doesn't need to remember who has what role. Just have a record of who has what role.Battle Mage wrote:Empking wrote:
Why would they need to know everybody's role?Battle Mage wrote:
We're in a 19 player game, by my count. If a Mod can't remember 19 roles, he's in a lot of trouble. How do you expect someone to moderate a game when they dont know everyone's role??Empking wrote:Memorized everybody's roles?
I doubt it.
Wow.... 0.o
BM
Because, roles do stuff. And in THEME games especially, the Mod really needs to be aware of who can do what. Do you think it's viable for a mod to accept night actions from vanilla townies? Daykills from Roleblockers?
This argument is ridiculous. The Mod should know everyone's role. End of story. -.-

Holy shit, did you actually just vote someone and state the reasons as "They've been scum hunting."?Riceballtail wrote:UNVOTE; VOTE:Armlx

Thought: Armlx is trying to get a name out of him to see if it's a scumbuddy, so he can figure out if CC is also therefore scum or not.
That's ridiculous. RBT and Santos are too buddy-buddy to not have prior knowledge of each others alignment IMO, I reckon they're either both Masons or both scum.
Either wayvote: Santos, because quite frankly I like the case that's been made against you.
Also,FoS: RiceBallTail. For voting someone for scum-hunting.As Town - W0 L0 D0
