No, I'm saying that when he uses his vengekill, the person he targets doesn't get to become a hydra. So they are permanently killed. i'm not actually that confident that gypspray is town, but i feel as confident as i'll ever be given the activity level of the game. i liked gypyx coming out of the gate being solvy, even if he hasn't really kept it up (i have pretty low expectations for his scumgame). i also don't see a reason for scum!bugspray to fake paranoia on t3/Jessica being scum when that has been a pretty widely TRed slot all game
