I'm also considering whether a title is a good idea.. I rather like "mafia scum"

mlaker: how about "I'm just a stuffed dog" from viewtopic.php?t=28&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=225 Trouble in the Toybox? goes well with the Snoopy avatar...

Any ideas for what I could possibly put in my avatar?

Ahem. You don't
need
a title at all. I know some people on the old board who had over 1000 posts and no title at all. I believe the whole conversation with mole was that titles should not be given just for the sake of having a title.
Agreed. Notice that I don't have a title, even though I'm certainly eligible for one.

I am going to implement a post count system that counts the number of posts in the mafia game threads... and it's going to have some spam protection. Probably a limit of 2 "points" per day or something similar. We'll see how it goes over.

In other words, no, not really. Have you said anything incredibly amusing and/or distinctive? Has anyone else said anything incredibly amusing and/or distinctive about you? And so on and so forth.

I suggest "Sir Not-Appearing-In-This-Mafia" for Polarboy's title, due to C&H.

Suggests "I hardly ever post spam." for Bigbenwd.

Funniest thing I've read in a while.

Instead of hard and fast rules which are inflexible and stuff, wouldn't it be better to simply use a subjective standard like with the discussion about flakes in games?

What's wrong with "Paragon of mafia-hunters?"

That seems to be the antithesis of "n00b of mafia hunters".

If IS will confirm that I give him nightmares, awesome, I'll take it Wacky.. I think it might have been wishful thinking on my part though
IS = Paragon of Mafia Hunters

Talitha = very very good example as mafia scum.

Conclusion: Talitha gives IS nightmares. Q. E. D.

Nominates Dourgrim for title "Stalker" w/ regards to the database he keeps on everyone.

Alternatively, nominates Dourgrim for the title "US Government" w/ regards to the database he keeps on everyone.

Bah, I'm not as good at nominating titles as I used to be...
