If this becomes commonplace, I'm searching for a new place to play. It would be a sign of how lazy and/or stupid our mods have gotten.

Have we gotten to the point when people can no longer recognize

(emphasized words, quotes votes, etc...) aren't votes?

Note that I'm not advocating the rule. Just responding to the argument that I found to be logically innaccurate (Discrete Math has me seeing this sort of stuff everywhere)
