There wasn't any partying that night, no way. Once Lord Gurgi had come up as innocent, no body really knew what to do other than to wait it out 'til morning, hoping that nobody else would turn up dead. When the run rose, it didn't take anyone very long to notice that

wasn't among them. They went to his house and the door was open, nobody was there, but there were signs of forced entry and some of the furniture was all fucked up...he put up a fight, anyway. With another innocent dead, the remaining townsfolk had another decision to make.

In retrospect re: Lord Gurgi, I should have asked for a claim before the quicklynch yesterday, but I'd have done the same thing on the townie claim.

I think the best play here is to no-lynch - it gives us another investigation (or forces farkshinsoup to kill me if he's scum). Y'alls thoughts?

That's actually the best thing that could've happened I think. The last scums have to be

, or someone is lying. If Fark was scum, I don't think he would've passed up the chance to kill Thesp last night. That would've effectively stopped 2 investigations going through with one kill. Waiting for Thesp. Today is lylo, BTW.

Haven't we discussed this already? If Fark is scum he can't kill Thesp. As doctor he should be trying to protect the cop. If Thesp turned up dead, there would be questions as to why he didn't protect him/Thesp is dead.

An interesting question regarding ME..

I kind of reason it that if I am alive.. and we get it down to ONE scum only... than we get a draw, at worst?

like.. if it is ME, a townie, and 1 scum in the end, and we mislynch the townie.. then the scum kills me at night, but not before I shoot him in the face?

Am i wrong about this?

I thought I'd posted it in my first post - I investigated Tinsley last night. I wanted to find out more about his no-vote while the Mafia GF was piled on. I have not revealed the innocent I found the night before, and I still don't think it's best to do so just yet.

Thesp, please explain to me why no-lynch is better than a lynch today.

(This all presumes there are 2 mafia remaining, which seems to me to be a reasonable assumption.) We have 6 people alive. If we lynch incorrectly, at night scum kill someone, and we're at 2-2, and we lose. If we no-lynch, it gives me an extra investigation, and tomorrow we're at 2-3. (Heck, maybe we'll get lucky and I won't investigate the same person who gets nightkilled

again

This is even better, given camn's role (if we presume her town) - if

you're

scum, you can't afford to kill me, because we'd simply kill you tomorrow, and your team gets a draw

at best

, because you lose when you try to kill camn. I'm having a hard time seeing a downside to no-lynch at this point.

So, I'd like everyone's opinion on the following statements:

(1) We should no-lynch today.
(2) If anyone else has role-based information

to suspect someone as scum

The townsfolk were so shaken that they decided to not string anybody up. They figured they might be better off if they just watched and waited. Once the decision had been reached, when morning had barely begun, everyone went back to their houses and boarded themselves in real good.

More shots rang out through that night, quite a few of them, really. I don't think it takes that many bullets to kill a guy but hey, maybe they wanted to be thorough. It looked pretty thorough when they found

dead outside his house on his own lawn. He had something like 7 or 8 gunshot wounds all over the place and his stethoscope was around his neck, strangling him, too. The scum were getting more brave and more aggressive, you know? They felt pretty sure of themselves to have left that body out there in the open.

I investigated CF Riot. He's guilty. Two nights ago I investigated ShadowGirl and she's innocent. I believe camn, so that leaves CF Riot and charter.

I'll remove my vote if you guys think it's important for me to wait on it, but I can't imagine that being the case.

Well, Thesp is confirmed town to me. While his assesment of me is wrong, I can't imagine his guilty on Riot is a lie.

Also, Riot is clearly scum. Look at his response. No vote for Thesp, who he knows must be lying (if he actually was town). His response is quite incriminating.

Also, look at camn's post there. She prefers to vote Riot. Assuming Thesp is telling the truth and Riot flips scum, this is her attempt to lynch the townie (myself) over the scumbuddy (Riot) since everyone sees her as town. However, she knows that she has to bus Riot rather than defend him (in order to keep up everyone's assumption she is town). I know this probably sounds farfetched SG, but please give me time to convince you tomorrow to make the right choice.
