It's a dark (k)night in Arkham and a select group of inmates and heroes are trapped in the deepest depths of the Asylum as a small group try to take over the Asylum destroy Gotham.

This is a game with flavour, pictures and even the odd video and possibly more...

12 Players, with only one limit, one completed game preferrably newbie on this site. This is to dissuade flakers and to be sure you have some experience on the site.

The amazing "Whats behind that door?" Mafia (ok I couldnt think of a better name...)

You are in the lounge on the 11th floor in the exclusive Plaza Hotel. The resident mafia had booked off some of these rooms on this floor for their AGM, a long boring meeting loomed and they decided to have a bit of fun by killing off the rest of the guests on their floor.

The guests were going to leave immediately but as there was a mix up at reception noone knows who is who and refuse to let anyone leave that floor until it is sorted.

Fortunetly for them, the spirit of a previous guest who had died at their last AGM was floating around and kept leaving items in each of the hotel rooms

-Each day you choose a room to sleep in during the night
-In each room is an item that you may or may not use, if items are used they may help, hinder or even kill you

The game will have deadlines of 2.5*the no of players and players will be expected to post frequently

Players who have played one theme game are preffered due to the complex mechanics. Although will accept anyone who has completed a newbie or mini normal game, DO NOT /IN if you have not completed a game as I will not accept you.

Hi folks, my next game is based on Lost Series 5. This will be based loosely on the series. It will have normal roles but will be heavily themed, some special undisclosed mechanics will appear but will be simple. All mafia days will last a maximum of 20 days. (the only exception is if replacements replace in later on)

Unlike past prozacmod games I am accepting newbies into this game although I strongly prefer it not to be your first game on site. I will not be taking people who have a bad track record with being replaced and are known to /in for games and then only post when prodded.

Accepting pre-ins from more experienced players. People should note this game will be swingy.

Sorry to Empking, I have been checking everyone who has /inned for activity levels and replacement activity, as I said I would do. I feel that in recent games your activity level and your contribution towards games is insufficient and I feel ultimately under my prodding rules for this game I would be soon replacing you. I hope you understand and that if you were to /in for any other game I run I would be happy to let you in.

Canadianbovine, I am leaving this up to you, however as I said I expect my players to be active. I am okay with you being on holiday for a week as long as you tell me in adavance (which this is) and you can catch up with the game quickly.

Im sorry Im drunk so Ill try and do this best I can. Games here are different from elsewhere in that they can last a while and go a lot more analytical than people are used to. We recommend that people try a newbie game out so that they can learn the basics, thats why I linked it to you. These games serve as a stepping stone to show you what the rest of the site is like. You may in for other games, that is fine as long as the mod, in this instance me, doesn't put restrictions on it. However these games can be more complex and if you have never had prior experience then these can come as a shock as sometimes these require 2/3 months commitment. As I hope you understand, it is better to have an understandment in the basics and a grounding of the site before you /in on other games, as it can be a pain to find other replacements and cause a hassle all round. In short, make sure you will enjoy the game and can make sure you can actually commit before you join games that may not teach you how to fully play.

The newbie queue is the best place to go for this, however as you have an interest in CallMeLiams game - (he is a decent guy by the way) he may let you play and you may be absolutely okay, but I do recommend that the Newbie Queue should be the first port of call, not to be insulting, but to make sure you have a good idea about what to expect before you go into the big wide world of mafiascum!

Ok Im about to go into sign ups, so I should tell you a little about it.

These days I find that many people run games based on new mechanics or on a theme from a game, movie or tv show where the fun lies in being able to play a role. What I like is the idea that you can have an in between game, one that doesn't fit into the normal category but doesn't segregate people due to theme or cause total randomness due to a mechanic. Out there but not overly so.

Specifications:
Fairly heavy non descript theme.
No unusual roles but roles that wouldn't necessarily fit into a mini normal
12 players

Requirements:
The last game like this I ran went really well and I hope this game can be run to as high a standard.
Therefore:
I need a minimum of 1 newbie completed. I would like another game completed as well, but am not going to be too strict about that.
I also need you to be in less than 4 games when you sign up. This is to stop over extending and allow people to play a different set of players than they are used to.
