EP and SK Stepping Down

I want to thank both ErrantParabola and SleepyKrew for their work as Discussion Moderators. This isn't an easy job and both have done exceptionally well.

We anticipate adding new discussion mods in the near future, but I didn't want EP and SK to have to wait to step down publicly. Thank you both.
